Battlefield V Grand Operations Will Be Available At Launch

DICE has announced a few days ago that Battlefield V Grand Operations will be available a few days after the game’s initial launch. As it seems, this was a missinformation on their part and they are now updating the post, saying that the mode will be indeed available at launch along with War Stories and multiplayer modes.

It all came down as a surprise when we found out that Battlefield V Grand Operations won’t be available at launch. Fans would have been ok with waiting a few days before they get on their first grand operation, however, members of the community were frustrated over the matter.

DICE was quick to address the matter, revealing that the mode will be available at launch, something that changed over the past days. The post update reads:

“A previous version of this article stated that Battlefield V Grand Operations would be available shortly after launch, based on development plans as of June 9, the date the story published. The article has been updated to reflect that Grand Operations will be playable at launch and as part of Tides of War.”

The post also revealed the description of the Battlefield V Grand Operations. It it the continuation of the fan-loved operations in Battlefield 1, making its comeback with a much bigger set of maps and mechanics. Here’s the description DICE provided:

“Grand Operations is the ultimate multiplayer experience, designed to seamlessly showcase the maps and modes of Battlefield V. Each Grand Operation presents a powerful narrative experience inspired by historical events. You can deploy in Grand Operations at launch and as part of Tides of War, the Battlefield V live service where you’ll fight across other unseen and unplayed battlefields of World War 2.”

Battlefield V will have its official Beta launch later this summer so get ready to experience Grand Operations for the first time. Early Access will be first available on Origin, with consoles getting their access to the game shortly after.
