Bethesda Announces Skyrim and Fallout Concert in Support of War Child UK

Bethesda has announced another charitable partnership in the lead-up to the release of Fallout 76. Earlier this year, the company gave all of the profits from the sale of the cover of Country Roads used in the Fallout 76 trailer to the charity Habitat for Humanity. Now, the company is partnering with War Child UK and staging a Skyrim and Fallout concert. The event will even feature music from the upcoming Fallout 76.

The Skyrim and Fallout Concert

The upcoming concert will be held in the UK, at the Hammersmith Apollo in London. It will be taking take place on Saturday, the 3rd of November; around a week prior to the release of Fallout 76. The concert will feature music from The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim, Fallout 3, Fallout 4, and Fallout 76; the work of composers Jeremy Soule and Inon Zur. The concert will be a live performance by the Parallax Orchestra and Choir.

Bethesda is Holding a Skyrim and Fallout Concert for War Child UK

Tickets for the event will be available from 9:00 AM BST on the 12th of September, on the website of Metropolis Music. Standard tickets will cost £45 each. However, attendees can also purchase higher-tier VIP seats at one of two levels. These will guarantee those attendees better seating, along with associated merchandise and even a signed score page from Fallout 76. Inon Zur will be attending the event, and will be holding a meet and greet after the event with some of those VIP attendees.

The most notable aspect to the event, however, is certainly that Bethesda plans to donate all of the money made from the event to charity. All of the proceeds will be donated to War Child UK. The UK-based charity seeks to; “protect, educate, and stand up for the rights of children caught up in war”. In 2017 alone, the charity supported 47,929 former child soldiers with their projects. In Mosul, the charity set up Temporary Learning Spaces to support an additional 41,000 children.
