BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle DLC Will Add Teddie, Naoto, and Seth

While some people might want to pretend like EVO Japan 2019 didn’t happen; there were still some great announcements for the Fighting Game Community (FGC). One of which is the announcement of multiple DLC characters for BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle. These combatants from Persona 4 Arena, Under Night: In-Birth, and BlazBlue CentralFiction will be released on Spring of this year.

Seth, Teddie, and Naoto Kurogane Appear as BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle DLC

Seth, Teddie, and Naoto will be avilable on Spring of this year

Three characters were announced as upcoming characters for the BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle DLC roster. Teddie from Persona 4 Arena, Naoto Kurogane from BlazBlue Centralfiction, and Seth from Under Night: In-Birth. Furthermore, all of them will bring their own adapted movesets for the accessible tag team fighting game.

Seth is a high-school student much like Under Night: In-Birth’s protagonist, Hyde. In addition, he uses the Twin Swords: Eliminator and the EXS of Excavation. In the game, he favors a rush-down playstyle which focuses on mixups and high pressure. Of course, this also will hold true for BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle when he becomes part of the roster.

Teddie is basically a support character that hails from the Midnight Channel in Persona 4. Often known for his bear puns; Teddie is a really good well-rounded character. He has plenty of moves which can be used to frustrate opponents. Not only that, but he can also seamlessly transition between zoner and rush-down playstyles.

Naoto Kurogane actually bears a striking resemblance to Ragna the Bloodedge. He is a person who carries the Eye of the Hunter. This ability allows him to see the numerical value of a person’s life force. As a fighter, Naoto uses a rush-down playstyle with great mobility and pressure tools and attacks with decent range.
