Brock Lesnar is Back for EA Sports UFC 4 in Brocktober Free Trial Event

The Beast Brock Lesnar has officially returned to the UFC Octagon, virtually speaking. On Thursday, EA Sports UFC 4 announced that Brock Lesnar was available as a playable fighter in their game. It comes in conjunction with a free trial offer that will allow gamers to try out the EA Sports mixed martial arts simulation game for a limited time.

EA Sports UFC 4 brings back Brock Lesnar to video game

While Brock Lesnar hasn’t stepped inside the real-world Octagon since his July 2016 fight against Mark Hunt, he’s been active in WWE. He’s also been a part of their recent lineup of 2K video games. That includes an appearance in the brand new 2020 title WWE 2K Battlegrounds.

He last appeared in a UFC video game back in 2014, though. Now he’s back and better than ever, as gamers can fight as the former UFC Heavyweight Champion in EA Sports UFC 4. They unleashed an official trailer video on Thursday (October 22) to show off the legendary MMA beast himself.

Based on the trailer, there is also special Brocktober gear in the game.

Brock’s ratings for the game will be four stars overall with 4.5 stars for Grappling, four for Striking, and four for Health. He’s joined by two other new additions to the game with women’s Flyweight Jennifer Maia and men’s Flyweight Askar Askarov. Here’s a look at each of the new fighters’ ratings:

The UFC 4 title currently holds an 83 overall score out of 100 for the Xbox One at Metacritic, based on 16 critics’ reviews. It’s a bit lower at 78 out of 100 on the PlayStation 4, based on 47 critics’ reviews. However, now gamers can see what they think for themselves.
