Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is now just a couple of weeks away from release, and ahead of that launch, Activision has finally revealed the game’s PC specs. The specs arrived together with the official PC launch trailer, showcasing Black Ops Cold War running on PC hardware.

While PC players have already gotten to play Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War once, during the Open Beta event, Activision claims that even more customisation features will be coming at launch. “Developer Beenox worked closely with Treyarch and all other studios to bring over 200 individual settings to fine tune on the PC version of Black Ops Cold War,” writes Activision; “from keybindings and the ability to play on a controller to graphics, audio, and interface sliders and toggles.”
Of course, Black Ops Cold War will be capable of running in 4K – along with an uncapped framerate – providing you have the hardware to run it at such a high level. It will also feature RTX Shadows and Ambient Occlusion for those gamers with NVIDIA GeForce RTX graphics cards. The publisher has confirmed, too, that ultra-wide and multi-monitor support will be available immediately at launch.
When it comes to the actual Black Ops Cold War PC specs, Activision has released a very detailed breakdown. These cover five different sets of specs, starting with Minimum and Recommended. (And getting progressively higher tier from there.) Note that all specs require a broadband internet connection and DirectX 12 system compatibility.
