With the launch of Call of Duty Black Ops 4 comes a brand new Zombies experience. Unsurprisingly, said Zombies experience is packed with easter eggs and secrets. One such secret is the hidden ‘Brazen Bull’ shield in the game’s IX Zombies map. In this guide, we’ll explain how you can assemble and wield the Brazen Bull for yourself.
Black Ops 4 Brazen Bull Zombies Weapons
In order to assemble the Brazen Bull, you have to find a number of different parts. There are specific parts of the IX map where each part can spawn. However, there are also several potential spots where an individual part can appear so you’ll have to hunt around.
The First Part
The first Brazen Bull part can be found somewhere in the Temple of Ra. To reach the temple, head to the right from your initial spawn point and go up a small staircase. You’ll find yourself in the temple’s main room. There are three potential spots where the part can be found:
- To the left of the staircase, in a far corner
- Off to the right of the staircase
- On the far opposite wall, the one with the Egyptian mural
The Second Part
With the first part in hand, head back down the staircase and keep following the path underground. After passing through a treasure shrine, you’ll reach a gate you can lower using the points you’ve accumulated. Lower the gate and then turn sharply to reach a room with a large, partially buried statue.
Follow the path through the statue room and you’ll reach a second gate. Beyond that gate you’ll actually find the workbench used to assemble the Brazen Bull so take note of its location. When facing the workbench, turn and you should see a staircase you can go up. At the top of the stairs, go left once the path forks to reach a third gate. Beyond the third gate you’ll be in the room where the second part can be found. Again, there are multiple potential spawn points so check the following locations:
- The corner of the room closest to the gate
- The nearby shield rack up the staircase
- Near a wooden barrel in the main room of the nearby Odin’s temple
The Third Part
Once you have the second part, open the gate in the main Odin’s temple area. Then, cross the bridge over to the Temple of Zeus. The third and final part can be found in Zeus’s temple, again in three potential spots:
- At the feet of a statue in the main temple area
- Downstairs from the main temple area, near a statue with its hand extended
- Down in the temple’s basement, near a large mural
Crafting the Brazen Bull
When you have all three parts, return to the workbench to assemble the Brazen Bull shield. There’s a shortcut back to the bench from the basement of the Temple of Zeus.
