Destiny 2: This Artist Turned Doodles Into Exotic Weapon Concepts

Destiny 2 is all about acquiring rare exotic weapons and armor sets. Not only that, but there are also some really useful legendary weapons and armor sets if you get a good roll with them. With every new season, Bungie tends to add three to five new and returning exotics to Destiny 2. Some are very useful in PvE (like Whisper of the Worm) and others are good for PvP (like The Last Word).

Destiny 2 – Exotic Weapons and Armor

Destiny 2 Exotic Weapons Concepts

The feeling of getting an Exotic drop from a random engram is unreal (and the sound of it too). But Exotic armor pieces can be very useful as well inside both PvE and PvP. For instance, in almost every raid fireteam, there must be a Warlock with a Well of Radiance and Lunafaction Boots. This gives the fireteam a big boost in health and damage to the boss – and for the exotic armor (Lunafaction Boots), it automatically reloads your currently equipped weapon, so you don’t have to waste a couple of seconds reloading the weapon.

Artists of Destiny Community

Just like that, Exotics weapons are the main part of the Destiny universe. There are some cool artists in Destiny community who can create some jaw-dropping art for Destiny.

PlainBen – one of Destiny’s best artists, can create some really cool-looking exotic weapons concepts from random doodles submitted to him by the Destiny Community. Recently, he turned a number (51) of submitted doodles into actual Destiny’s Exotic Weapons. Take a look:

According to PlainBen, it took him over 2 years to create this gallery of exotic weapon concepts. Here’s what he has to say about it:

This is a collection of Destiny-themed guns I’d painted over the last 2 years, all of them were based off sketches the community had sent me, including some well-known characters like Byf (Destiny Lore YouTuber) and Cozmo (Destiny Community Manager).
