Bungie released a Hotfix update in Destiny 2 yesterday. It was mainly focused on EAZ mini-bosses challenge. After the feedback from Destiny Community, Bungie finally listened and tuned down the requirement of defeating 100 EAZ Mini-bosses to 50 Mini-bosses. Solstice of Heroes

  • The Solstice armor step objective “defeat 100 minibosses in the EAZ” has been updated
  • Now requires only 50 minibosses
  • Completing the boss phase counts as 5 miniboss kills

Moments of Triumph

  • End date for Moments of Triumph has been extended to 9/17 (changed from 8/27)
  • Moments of Triumph T-shirt claim date has been extended to 9/17

Sparrows

  • Micro Mini Sparrow has a new, size-appropriate, Microdrive

Collections

  • The “Wolves Unleashed” and “Prismatic Inferno” emblems can now be reclaimed from Collections

Weekly Reset Activities (August 13, 2019)

Destiny 2 Update 2.5.2.1 patch notes

This week’s reset includes following activities in Destiny 2:

Nightfalls:

  • The Inverted Spire
  • Nessus. End the Red Legion expedition that’s ripped open the planet’s surface.
  • Tree of Probabilities
  • Mercury. Contain a rampant army of Red Legion within the Infinite Forest.
  • The Insight Terminus
  • Nessus. Break into the ancient Vex installation.

Scoring:

  • Complete the nightfall to receive a ‘challenge card’ (If you already have one, this will still be in your inventory).
  • Add burns / increase the difficulty on the challenge card to increase the scoring modifier for your run.
  • Get a high score and earn unique weapons and exotic accessories. The higher the score, the higher your chance.
  • Reach a score of 100.000 or more to get an additional Powerful Engram.

Weekly Crucible: Breaktrough

Flashpoint: European Dead Zone EDZ

Complete various activities around the EDZ, including public events, Lost Sectors, and Heroic adventures.

Heroic Strikes Burn: Arc Singe

Dreaming City Cycle: Low Curse

  • Petra is at The Strand.
  • Weekly Mission: Broken Courier – Respond to a distress call in the Strand.
  • Ascendant Challenge: Forfeit Shrine, Gardens of Esila
  • Blind Well: Scorn, Plagues: Sikariis & Varkuuriis

Escalation Protocol Boss: Kathok, Roar of Xol (IKELOS_SMG_v1.0.1 Submachine Gun)

Destiny 2: Shadowkeep will be hitting PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, on October 1, 2019, and later in November on Google Stadia.
