Doom 2016 Among Games Played In Summer Games Done Quick 2018

Summer Games Done Quick is back, hosting some good players playing the best PC games for charity. Among the best games selected for this charity event is Doom, which you will get to watch completed faster than you ever thought it could be.

Summer Games Done Quick is a charity event where an army of speedrunners tries to complete the best PC games as quickly as possible, and you get to watch them on Twitch. The money raised from this charity event will be given to a good cause, and it starts on June 24 (5:30pm BST / 9:30am /12:30pm EDT) and ends on July 1.

Doom 2016 is one of the games players are challenged to complete as fast as they can, which is pretty tough to do if you consider that the game’s total length is estimated to be approximately 11 hours. Judging by the fact that Doom 2016’s estimated fastest completion time is six hours on PC, it will be hard for the chosen streamer Jeromegood to complete Doom 2016 in just one hour, but it will certainly be fun watching how this will turn out.

Other games SGDQ will be hosting during its charity event are the following:

  • Resident Evil 4 (by JTB, June 25)
  • Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos (by CovertMuffin, June 25)
  • Halo 2 (by Ranabundana, June 27)
  • E.A.R. (by Maxylobes, June 26)
  • Borderlands: the Pre-Sequel (by Shockwve, Amyrlinn, June 29)
  • Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMix (by mistmaster1, June 29)
  • Final Fantasy VI (by puwexil, June 1)
