Ubisoft Releases New Far Cry 5 Infographic Featuring Impressive Stats

Far Cry 5 was first released around six months ago. As a result, Ubisoft has released a detailed new Far Cry 5 infographic entitled; “Six Months in Far Cry 5”. The infographic details a range of impressive player achievements. Did you know that players have travelled a total of 290 billion kilometres in-game?!

The Six Months in Far Cry 5 Infographic

The infographic was released alongside news that Ubisoft has added assets from Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon to Far Cry 5’s Arcade Mode. This isn’t the first Far Cry 5 infographic released by Ubisoft, but as the most recent, its figures are even more impressive that previous ones. While Far Cry 5 has since been outsold by God of War and Spider-Man, among others, the game is still likely to rank as one of the top-selling games of 2018. It’s certainly clear from the figures on this infographic that fans of the series are still playing it.

The Infographic Lists Most Used Weapons and Companions

In fact, Far Cry 5 players have been so dedicated that they’ve saved more people from Eden’s Gate cultists than the entire population of the USA; a total of 405,000,000 people! Unfortunately, 105,300 players were also killed by Turkeys. Amusingly, the infographic points out that; “This would represent around 10% of the entire population of Montana”. When it comes to companions; Nick Rye and Grace Armstrong were the most commonly used pair of Guns for Hire, followed by Nick Rye and Boomer, and then Grace Armstrong and Boomer. The most used weapons were, in order of popularity; the 1911 Pistol at #1, the AR-C Assault Weapon at #2, and fists at #3. Despite being a fan favorite, shovels only ranked at #9.

While they may only have claimed the 9th spot, shovels have been successfully thrown at targets 53 million times. The infographic points out that the steel of 53 million shovels could be used to build 588 Statues of Liberty. The infographic ends with a fact about fishing; players have caught 230 million fish. Given that bears eat around 40 salmon each day; “Cheeseburger would need around 16,000 years to eat that much fish!”
