FFXIV Moonfire Faire 2018 Summer Limited Time Event Begins Next Week
The FFXIV Moonfire Faire 2018 summer limited time event will begin next week on Monday, August 13 at 1:00 am PT for all players around the world on PC and PS4. It’s been a bit since the last in-game holiday event so players can look forward to the return of this summer festival from last year. It will bring with it a ton of new and old items that players can collect that aren’t available anywhere else.
Like last year, the Final Fantasy XIV Moonfire Faire 2018 event will be focused on everything summer. Swimming, splashing, and so on. Presumably, it will have limited time quests that players can complete in order to earn a currency that can be turned in to an NPC in exchange for exclusive summer-themed items.
You can find the full list of FFXIV Moonfire Faire 2018 items that you can pick up when the summer event begins next week below:
- Exclusive Splash Emote
- Endless Summer Glasses (male and female can wear all of these)
- Endless Summer Top
- Endless Summer Bottom
- Endless Summer Sandals
- Mosquito Moogle tabletop furniture
- Curry Plate tabletop furniture
Players will be able to begin the FFXIV Moonfire Faire 2018 event by heading to the Aftcastle in the Upper Decks area of Limsa Lominsa and speaking with Mayaru Moyaru. Do this to start the summer event’s opening quest called Jump to the Beach at the exact location of X: 11.5, Y: 13.8.
This will lead players to unlock the entire event and have the option to collect all of those awesome summer rewards. The FFXIV Moonfire Faire 2018 summer event begins next week on August 13 at 1:00 am PT and will run for almost two weeks until August 26 at 7:59 am PT.
