FIFA 19 TOTS Rest of World Squad Revealed With Carlos Vela, Munas Dubbar Among Upgraded FUT Cards

On Friday (June 21), EA’s FIFA Twitter unveiled the latest Team of the Season. The newest squad brings Rest of the World players to the Ultimate Team mix with deserving stars getting upgraded FUT cards. Among those headlining the FIFA 19 TOTS Rest of the World are Major League Soccer’s Carlos Vela and star footballer Munas Dabbur. Let’s take a look at the full lineups and upgraded FUT cards now available in the game.

FIFA 19 TOTS Rest of the World Starting XI includes MLS’ Carlos Vela

In the newest Team of the Season, we find a number of players from the Rest of the World with cards in the 90s. Leading the way is a 95 overall upgrade for Carlos Vela. The Team Mexico and MLS star from the Los Angeles FC has a new card with 96s for Dribbling, Shooting, and Pace, as well as 95 Passing on front.

Another noticeable boost on Vela’s card comes to Stamina, where he now brings an 85. His previous best card for MLS Player of the Month was a 90 overall with just a 79 for the Stamina attribute. So this is certainly a great upgrade for those who want to add it to their Ultimate Team.

Joining Mr. Vela on this new squad is striker Munas Dabbur with a 93 overall. He also brings great Dribbling (93), Shooting (95), and Pace (94). This new card’s a considerable upgrade over the Team of the Week 37 card he had which was just an 87 overall. That team also included Carlos Vela.

Other players rated 90 or higher include Simon Terodde, Robert Skov, and Viktor Tsygankov. Check out the complete Starting XI lineup below.

Potential snubs on this TOTS seem to include the lack of Genk players. Gamers have pointed out the team won the league, scored plenty of goals, and had the best defense in the league. Some of the snubbed players could include Leandro Trossard, Ruslan Malinovsky, Joakim Mahele, and Mbwana Ally Samatta.

FIFA Team Substitutes & Reserves, where to find the new cards

This latest FIFA team joins others including the popular Ligue 1 TOTS. As with the other Team of the Season squads, we’ve got a group of substitutes and reserves. Nine players total are here, meaning there are likely to be some additions through Squad Building Challenges (SBCs). Here’s the rundown of the additional players.

  • GK Rui Silva – Granada CF (85)
  • CB Vito Wormgoor – SK Brann (86)
  • CDM Tomas Soucek – Slavia Praha (88)
  • CAM Joel Valencia – Piast Gliwice (85)
  • ST1 Eran Zahavi – Guangzhou R&F (91)
  • ST2 Gaetan Charbonnier – Stade Brestois 29 (86)
  • RB Moritz Kuhn – SV Wehen Wiesbaden Attackers (85)
  • ST Raphael Nuzzolo – Neuchatel Xamax (86)

These brand new FIFA 19 TOTS Rest of the World player cards are now available in the FIFA Ultimate Team (FUT) packs. Additionally, gamers can head to the Transfer Market where sellers have various cards up for auction. Prices for these cards can run high depending on which football star you’re trying to get, so it’s best to make sure that account is stacked with coins before trying to bid.
