FIFA 19 TOTW 38 Revealed: Viktor Tsygankov, Josef Martinez Among FUT Team of Week Players
The new FIFA Team of the Week arrived on Wednesday (June 5) and brings an interesting change to the lineup. Rather than boasting of some of the best players in the game, now smaller leagues are getting attention. So is Major League Soccer as a number of players were selected. The latest FIFA 19 TOTW 38 doesn’t bring any 90-rated players, but several in the mid-to-high 80s including Viktor Tsygankov and Josef Martinez. Here’s a look at which players were selected for the new Team of the Week 38.
FIFA 19 TOTW 38 Starting XI features Tsygankov, Martinez
On the heels of recent La Liga Team of the Season and the other TOTS announcements is a new Team of the Week. The FIFA 19 TOTW 38 lineup is headlined by Viktor Tsygankov. The Dynamo Kyiv star has the highest-rated card with an 86 overall. His new card brings an upgrade from a previous 84 overall.
Gamers are already raving about his Shooting which saw a plus-seven boost on the new card. He also brings 90 Pace, 88 Dribbling, and 86 Passing with this latest card. Some people are already mentioning a possibility that he’ll be part of the Rest of the World TOTS. If so, that could be an even better card to acquire.

Joining the starting XI with 84 overall cards are MLS stars Josef Martinez and Renato Augusto. Martinez’s card with 84 Shooting gives the Atlanta United star the second-best card with that attribute this week. The Red Bulls’ Augusto brings his defensive and physical nature to the lineup with 85 Passing, 83 Dribbling, and a 76 Physicality.
Some FIFA Ultimate Team fans are already wondering if they’ll see a Rest of the World Team of the Season. Some people believe that won’t happen, but that EA will continue to unveil new Team of the Week lineups going forward.
FIFA Team of the Week Substitutes, Reserves
This new lineup also brings a collection of substitute and reserves players. Most weeks feature a total of 12 players with a split of seven and five. There are just seven players featured in this FIFA 19 TOTW 38 lineup, so far. They range from a 64 overall with Yang Liyu (Bronze IF) to a 76 overall for Park Chu-Young.

To get the new FIFA 19 TOTW 38 players, gamers need to head into the Ultimate Team mode for their console of choice. The new TOTW player cards are available in the FUT packs, or through the Transfer Market. Prices will fluctuate based on which particular players’ card one is trying to acquire, though. This week’s Team of the Week lineup doesn’t look like it’ll break the bank, though.
