Fortnite Chapter 3 has brought many new amazing things to the video game. There is a new map, new weapons, and new gameplay mechanics, among many other things. Thanks to these new mechanics, players are able to start a new match with amazing loot!
Each Fortnite Battle Royale match starts with players having an empty inventory. Of course, this changes in Team Rumble or limited-time game modes, but in core modes, things are different. Fortunately, Chapter 3 allows players to get amazing loot at the start of the match. There are currently two ways to get plenty of great items at the start, so let’s check them out!
Starting a Fortnite Chapter 3 match with a full loadout
Epic Games has brought the Pawntoon boat back to the game with Chapter 3. Many players remember this boat from Chapter 2 – Season 3. It has a random spawn point at the start of every match, so you will have to keep an eye on it. The boat has several special chests, ammo boxes, foraged items, and more. Thanks to it, players can start a game out with a full loadout!
You will have to look for the Pawntoon as soon as you jump out of the Battle Pass. Once you land on it 10-15 times, you will start to notice a pattern and its possible spawn locations, so it will be easier to spot it.
With a few weapons, shields, and utilities this place gives, it’s a perfect landing spot in Chapter 3. However, the Pawntoon boat will get more and more popular as we get deeper into the season. If you decide to land on it, keep an eye on enemy players!
Stashing weapons from the previous match
Tents are a new feature that was released with Fortnite Chapter 3. These items let players rest and stash their items securely in order to use them in the next game. Players can stash two items, but the third slot can be unlocked with Gold Bars. Considering that Tents are not hard to find, this strategy can be used in every game.
To save items for the next game, all you have to do is to switch to the item you want to stash and interact with the tent. You will then move the item from your inventory to the tent, and it will be waiting for you in the next match!
