  1. I usually complete as many quests as I can in any game I play, but some quests never get finished. Usually I skip quests because of the following reasons: There is a location I find extremely tedious or frustrating (i.e. an irradiated vault in Fallout, or an extremely maze-like and/or repetitious dungeon in Skyrim). Moral issues (i.e. to progress in the quest would mean doing something my character is opposed to). Concern about companions (i.e. continuing the quest might harm my follower in terms of their storyline). What causes you to leave a quest incomplete?

  3. Hi guys! Check out episode 4 of the VGR Weekly Recap, where Jacob and I discuss the latest console news, the future of Apex Legends, the possibilities of Titanfall 3, and Bethesda's response to pay-to-win criticisms! This is also the first episode to feature video, though as you'll see, we had some issues with sizing and resolution. The problem was being caused by an old monitor which will have been replaced by the time it comes to recording episode 5, so next week should look much, much better! Thanks for bearing with us as we work to make the podcast even better, we really appreciate it! As always, if you have any other feedback, or questions you'd like us to discuss, please leave a comment!

  4. Good job! Enjoyed that. The video is a nice addition, too.

  5. When I was a kid, I always thought the Hardy Boys series would make a great video game - Something in the mystery/platformer/action genre. It could be something akin to the L.A. Noire video game released years ago where you search different places for clues before putting all the evidence together to find the culprit and their motive.

  6. Difficult to say because I started with the original Dark Souls on the PS3 but for me, Bloodborne was a tad easier to get into than the rest because I survived half the game without dying once - Its difficulty is comparable to older games but the learning curve doesn't feel quite as steep. The only thing I can say about Dark Souls is that you have to be prepared for anything. You can go from fighting a 7 headed Dragon to fighting mosquitos in a swamp to another completely random setting.

  7. Another pick for a Remastered version would be GTA San Andreas because the gameplay and features were way ahead of its time.

  9. Halo 2's graphics definitely shows its age when you are playing it - It was touted as revolutionary at the time but comparing it to Halo 5 Guardians from 4 years ago, the difference is truly amazing. Graphically games have really come a long way.

  10. I'm also looking forward to Gears of Wars 5 - I'm not sure if it will be released for the PC but with Xbox Live becoming available for other platforms as well, I might be able to get my hands on it.

  12. I still think battle of the bastards was better, but it was definitively awesome. Looking forward for the next episode.

  13. I would cast my vote for Conker's Bad Fur Day. It was so out of nowhere when it came out, and the only game I can think of that was ever made that was explicitly for adults. Yet today I haven't heard mention of it or come across a game like it. Sure there are games that may have sexual content and strong language, but name me one other game where a pile of shit with corn teeth sings to you.

  14. A proper Silent Hill remaster would be great Also, not bringing the MGS collection to current-gen consoles is a damn tragedy
