  1. In a thread created a couple of days ago by @StaceyPowers about the coolest weather systems, I brought up the point that most of the dynamic weather systems are just superficial changes. They don't really impact the world around you in any significant way. For instance, I'd like to see something like a bright sunny day suddenly turn into chaos when a tornado touches down and players/enemies can use that weather to escape/ambush each other. I also wish that these storms/natural disasters would do some damage to the world itself so everyone would go and find shelter. I'd like to hear ideas you'd like to see implement into video games. @DylanC @skyfire @The Blackangel @kingpotato @Executor Akamia

  2. I posted a thread titled, “Has gaming increased your empathy?” It led to a bit of a side conversation where @kingpotato and @killamch89 were talking about some of the most empathetic characters they've noticed in video games. So I thought I would make a thread on that topic and ask who the most empathetic characters are in games. My vote for most empathetic character in a game is Ellie from The Last of Us. Both she and Joel are very reserved people, each dealing very privately with their own grief. Despite the fact that he is standoffish toward her for the first part of the game and both of them are very much conversational minimalists, she manages to intuit and make sense of what he went through with Sarah, and what he’s going through with her. I’m not half that smart with people as an adult, much less when I was her age. Who do you think the most empathetic game characters are? @kingpotato @killamch89 @Alyxx @skyfire @Executor Akamia @The Blackangel @DylanC

  3. I used to play GTA as a a kid and watch slasher as many others did and it certainly didn't make us into degenerates. Most millennial parents lack the basic parenting skills to keep their children on the right path and most of these parents nowadays are too busy with social media to take care of their children.

  4. First one is better for canon reasons. But that being said, 2nd is not bad either. I just get tired over second one quickly though.

  5. Titanfall 2 A friend of mine wanted to play Frontier Defense with me. I myself was quite rusty at the game, although I was never particularly good at it to begin with. Anyway, we played two rounds and won both. As a Ronin main, I played Ronin in both rounds, while my friend played Tone. Ronin's role in Frontier Defense is "Roamer", so I had to go roam around the field and take care of various enemies, at times even going out of my way to hunt down Mortar Titans, since I was the fastest Titan in the field at that moment.
