  1. I think game about horror tends to create multiple episodes and that can be a good option. I can think of some but not sure a lot of people would pick up east asian games on such movies.

  2. First and foremost I would like to see Tim Burton get in on creating games. He would have full directive control, and it would be his vision and his baby. A second on that would probably be Clive Barker. But Tim is number one by far. While technically not a film maker, I wouldn't mind seeing some Stephen King games. Off the top of my head I can't think of any of his stories having been made into a video game. Inspiration for games, sure. Layers Of Fear: Legacy had to have gotten at least some inspiration from Rose Red. But to see something that is straight up King would be awesome.

  3. Most filmmakers look down on the gaming industry, I say we don't need them. It's already bad enough that now we have hollywood actors take the jobs of voice actors and taking huge salaries for it, we don't need star directors taking millions of dollars out of game's budgets also.

  4. It's funny how other companies just can't replicate the very distinct atmosphere created by Kojima on P.T. Demo, even when they pretty much recreate the house, just like in this game. There's always something missing on all these clones as they can't effectively build tension and horror in a natural way. Only Kojima will be able to bring it back from the grave, I guess. Maybe one day.

  5. I think The Walking Dead flirted with humanity itself. Individuals always think they are the righteous ones. But what separates the good and bad in survival mode? Humanity itself is an ideology because who are we to claim to be civilized? We are humans, but are we really humane? The game reminds us that everyone is capable of turning demon. We hold some very dangerous negligence and immorality in our hearts, only to be revealed in a type of situation we aren't wired to handle. And any situation can have a different response from different people. So in that sense, humane/civilized is only an ideology. Just because we have a house, vehicles, job, government, churches, towns, police, etc. doesn't mean we are tame. Far from it. We are just in passing, enjoying the goods, and that demon will show when you don't know how to handle a situation. I think maybe it takes training of the mind like monks or masters of Aikido or something to still the demon.
