  1. Kratos - God of War 2018 I can't speak about Kratos as a character in any of the other God of War games since I've never played them, but going into God of War 2018 as my first experience with the franchise in any capacity I love how Kratos develops throughout this game. Even without having any major knowledge of the previous games, the game makes it clear that he feels out of his depth when it comes to raising Atreus and trying to express his feelings properly, and seeing Kratos get explored with layers and depth beyond "murder fucking everything!" was really cool to watch unfold and it might be one of my favourite character developments that happens in a single game. Nathan Drake - Uncharted (Series) The initial Uncharted games don't go too heavy on character development, mostly because of how they're made to be standalone stories that don't require playing the previous one to understand the characters and what's going on. Despite that, the series does try to push some heavy character exploration of Drake throughout Uncharted 3, where we get to see how destructive his obsession is with treasure, as it's put a strain on his marriage with Elena to the point they're practically separated between the second and third games, and everyone around him constantly questions what his deal is. By the end of the game he comes around on trying to prove himself and opts to give up treasure hunting entirely to settle down with Elena and live a normal life. Uncharted 4 however shows his unhappiness with such a life though, and the game goes harder on character development than anything until this point as we learn about Drake's backstory and his brother, among other things. It basically takes what Uncharted 3 started to do and goes all in to wrap everything up and give all of the characters a send-off that I think couldn't be done any better and gives us a true insight into a cast that we'd been hunting treasure with for almost a decade. So, what about the rest of you? What game characters do you think had good development? 🙂

  2. I sometimes just want to sit all by myself with some music on and playing videogames not because I don't enjoy playing it with others but because that's just want I feel like doing at the moment. It's okay to want to be all alone at times and as long as you are in complete control of what you want and how you feel.

    RIP Coolio

Coolio died yesterday (9-28-2022) at a friends house. He was 59 years old. Apparently he just dropped dead in the bathroom. He finally reached the Gangstas Paradise. Rest In Peace, Coolio. You have earned it. August 1, 1963 to September 28, 2022 I would embed Gangstas Paradise, but I'm unable to embed anything for some reason. 5. I would say that it counts as a 'puzzle' if it has these two things: 1. A test of one's logic skills, and; 2. A definite goal or solution. I was going to say "a definite solution" (like some other people here) - but actually, I think that's a little bit restrictive. For example, the levels in Infinifactory don't have one single 'right' solution: each chamber can be solved in many different ways, and it's up to you to invent a solution (and then, if you want, try and optimise it). I'd still classify it as a puzzle game, though!

  6. Of course. There is probably a small portion of those 4+ million suspended who did nothing wrong, but the point was that it's a small amount and very rare compared to the amount of legit bans/suspensions out there. That was my point. They don't ban an account just for anything, they investigate each account and decide on the appropriate action. And even so, some of those saying they did nothing wrong, also find later that they did do something, but it was something they did years ago. So it's possible some forget what they did originally to receive the ban. Which happens all the time. I know, I looked at the Xbox forums back in the day. I know Xbox users can go to the xbox forums and air their displeasure with being banned, and the Xbox team would answer what that user did wrong. I don't know if they still do that anymore though.

  7. Very possible it could happen since both Bethesda and Obsidian are under the same roof and owned by Xbox. So that dream may come true sooner than you'd think. They would do awesome making games based on popular IPs, but I don't think they ever would. They tend to focus on their own, fresh and unique IPs. L.A. Noire was probably their last game that wasn't really developed by them anyway. Nowdays they kinda keep things in house.

    MultiVersus

It really is a fun game and if you liked Smash Bros in the past this is a great game. I remember when I played some characters were locked and I can't remember why, may have been due to the battle pass or due to needing to play through the game and they would open up the more I played. I really do need to jump back on Multiverses but there are so many games and just not enough time. I will get back on it at some point. Will be interesting to see how it is now after a few months of release.
