    Hi guys

Hi. I like sandbox and open world exploration games. It relaxes me to go around the map doing quests, collecting and crafting things and discovering things, trying to survive or make the goal to beat the game. I don't consider myself a "hardcore gamer" because I play an hour and a half a week and I'm not up to date on what's new. But I usually pass the games in the maximum difficulty or the previous one if it's excessive, so I would not consider myself a casual. If I had to say my 7 favorite games they would be, in order from best to worst: Outer Wilds, Subnautica, Bellow Zero, The Witcher 3, Red Dead Redemption 2, The Long Dark and Green Hell. How did I find this forum? Just googling "video games forum" My first video game was "Pokemon Sapphire" for Game Boy Advance.

  2. Good and relevant advice with Starfield just around the corner. Hopefully I'll be able to resist Starfield or maybe I'll play it through Gamepass if possible, but knowing me I probably will still buy it if I have to because I'm a turd.

  4. Yeah I was hoping for a lot of games to make the cut, but licensing was a big hurdle that some just didn't want to deal with. I wish they'd finally make a new Tenchu. I remember enjoying Tenchu Z a bit, but wanted them to continue the franchise. I guess the recent Sekiro was conceived originally as a new Tenchu, so in a way it's still around. :) I remember Stranglehold, got near the end, but couldn't beat one of the bosses so quit lol.

  5. Its not shocking that it happened but considering their quality of their first party titles being mediocre ill pass until a sale or I get gamepass. Last 3A game I played that might be worth paying $70 for was Elden Ring, and that was $60. Unfortunately though, enough people will pay $70 for half-baked bullshit that they'll keep it going. Gaming is an addiction for a lot of people, and those people will very likely pay the money anyway, just to get their fix on "the new thing".

    You're the mayor

First of all, try to do something about the traffic. Secondly, build a racetrack, just because. Finally, build a massive statue of a platypus.

  7. There are some games where I know I will have to restart. I recently did this with the Guardians of the Galaxy game, and got maybe a few hours into the game and then quit. I enjoyed what I played, but I just wasn't that into it after a while. But, if I ever decide to jump back in, I'm going to have to replay it.

    Xenogears/Xenosaga?

I enjoyed Xenogears, but I can’t get into Xenosaga. I keep trying to push myself to finish Xenosaga 1, but it’s such a drag. I feel like I just walk a few feet to unlock an unnecessarily long cutscene. You know it’s bad when they have save points between the cutscenes.

    Call of Duty Mobile

Idk I can't do touch controls for fps games. Just not my thing I guess. I tried both cod mobile and pubg mobile, and I couldn't get into it. I tried too. Both games worked fine on my old phone, which I was surprised by.

    Call of Duty Mobile

When my daughter got her new phone last Christmas, I took her Android phone that she used to have as it was still fairly new and one of the first games, I downloaded on it was Call of Duty Mobile. I was actually quite shocked at how quick I was able to get used to the controls and how it plays on mobile. I believe you play against bots in the beginning which is why I found it as easy as I did. I still have it installed on my phone and do go back to it from time to time, but I haven't played it in a little while if I am honest. It is a fun game and a lot of fun though.

  11. Yes, I was very disappointed when they announced they were cancelling the backwards compatibility program. So many people including I always hoped that maybe one day we would see Simpson Hit and Run and Simpsons Road Rage come to Xbox under the backwards compatibility program but unfortunately, we were disappointed when they cancelled any further plans to keep it going. I would have loved to see both of those games come back to Xbox again.

  12. I have played PSOBB! The last time I played the game though was back in 2020 on the Xbox as they released the game on consoles a few years ago. As much as I love the game, I just haven't found the time to be able to jump on and play like I used to, mainly because I get so addicted to it when I do play and then everything else gets pushed to the side. I know at some point I will jump back on again, but it will be a time when I have more time to be able to get stuck in.
