  1. Sometimes I attempt to make a post, write some things down and then say forget about it and move on. I feel intimidated at times. How would someone react to my post? Did I offend anyone in some way? We all should feel comfortable here enough to express ourselves. This forum allows that. It’s a gaming forum, but also more than that. There are highly intelligent moderators and members. This shit should be legend!!! I understand this forum has members of the international community. There are cultures from other places who don’t have as many freedoms to express themselves. Even if you have freedoms, I’m not here to judge, that’s for sure. I miss @killamch89 creating topics about random shit…lol. I miss @StaceyPowers spending some time creating topics. Where are you? You don’t want me creating topics, believe me. I want the holy fucking grail where a machine that looks like Adriana Lima is waving to me saying come here stallion. Maybe it’s just me and my alcohol problem where I’m paranoid every little thing I say is just another fuckin nail to shred my dignity more and more.

  2. I just kind of assumed that Nintendo don't consider them marketable enough and their probably right.

  3. I haven't played Destiny 2 in years but I remembered when everyone used to blame Activision for all the issues Destiny 2 had. Once Bungie separated from them though, I noticed that some of those same issues persist such as shady pricing schemes from certain things in-game.

  4. While I agree, I think the Switch and Steam Deck are successful for very different reasons. The flexibility of the Switch as a hybrid in addition to having the Nintendo franchise exclusively on the Switch is the main factor it was so successful. The Steam Deck, while being underpowered to more recent offerings, is the most polished handheld gaming experience available and with the ability to boot any OS to it, makes the Steam Deck a far more appealing device. Also, it's a lot cheaper than the competition.

  5. I know that you can get motion sickness from playing certain games and the headaches come with that or maybe just playing for extended hours. However, I don't think I've heard of the brightness causing headaches. Have you paid your doctor a visit to make sure everything's fine?

  6. I'd have to disagree - Twitter is a cesspool and Reddit isn't much better either. The biggest examples of degeneracy can be found on both.

  7. I wasn't talking just about the battle pass. I was talking about ads in $60-$70 games such as UFC. It's only after the backlash that they completely removed it.

  8. That's nothing but the facts. Let's be honest with ourselves, every company's primary goal is to make money - not to genuinely care about its customers. They only act like they care because our money is what sustains them. Let the minute that our funds no longer is their primary source of earning and you'll see how they really feel about their customers.

  9. I like to play Mario Kart drunk. No, not kidding. We sometimes play that among our friends when we're drunk and we always have the best laughs.

  10. I've never actually played WoW before. I always put it off because my friends made fun of it, or I always thought it would make me look bad if I played it. Blame it on the dumb crowd I hung out with. Either way, I think I never bothered to play it, because I knew it would be too much for me. Much like other games in the genre, I'm not good with it. Plus I felt like I would need to ask for a lot of help online, and I don't like asking other gamers for help haha. Weird I know.

  11. Yeah mobile games do it all the time. I'll say that there are some that balance things fine, but then there are some mobile games that throw so many ads at you, and take forever to play, that it kinda pushes you to pay for things to get ahead. It's why I don't play many mobile games, because if you want to get anything real done, you do need to pay to get anywhere. Unless you want to grind your ass off to get somewhere, and even then that just becomes a chore.

  12. Yeah, I also try to have a lot of backup strategies for likely scenarios that I may encounter when playing a particular game.

  13. I tried it on Wifi while on the road and it's really impractical unless the connection is really strong. I was using it on my Samsung S8+ Tablet a few months back and it was a horrible experience.

  14. Burnout Paradise was one of my favorite games in the mid to late 2000's especially on PS2.

  16. That is another issue with digital only games and the platforms we use them on. Look at older consoles like the 360 and PS3. Though they are still kind of supported, in that you should be able to download every game you have purchased over your accounts life. But the problem is that at some point these services may one day die. If PlayStation stopped their services, who's to say we'll be able to download those games again, or to even play them. Some games may require you to be online or use the consoles service like PSN or XBL.
