1000% agree with you on the Twisted Metal, and not the version that they gave us for the PS3 since it was a horrible remake in my opinion.

I don't believe so, it has a big esport following, and it seems to be good for EA, who normally does trash at multiplayer/big games outside of sports games. I'll be curious how they can keep the hype going, without having people drop off like Fortnite when they kept changing things as they did so frequently and modifying the way items/aspects worked in the game.

I play it every so often, kinda just do my own thing or just do races. A lot of the game is really just kinda boring now or people just going at it with the best weapons/equipment in game which kinda ruins the fun of just exploring or hanging out with friends only.

I think that it makes sense. Get people into the game as much as you can, and then have them pay for extra features/maps/weapons, etc. It was odd that Destiny went the route they did for the first game where it was paid, with a bunch of paid DLC that made you feel like you were buying a new game (based on the high price of their DLCs) every year or so.

Probably any Gameboy based Pokemon game, since the luck in getting specific Pokemon, or the way you can level them up just enough to get into a new area. For consoles, I'd probably say any need for speed or burnout game.

I will never deny myself a chance to tell the world how much I hate EA...

Lovely, I still have yet to get the game but almost done with my first play-through (so not a + mode) on Ultimate on the original + DLC expansion. Kinda pumped to see what their Ultimate experience is on the newer game then if it's that much more difficult. 

I've done this a ton, probably a list of my favorite are;

PS3 - Eve's Dust 514
PS4 - PlanetSide 2, Rogue Company

I wish they would bring back Warhawk for the PS4/PS5. Such a good online only game that was tons of fun when having maps with 60+ people flying, driving tanks, or running around in.

The whole purpose of the boss battle is honestly to make sure that you spent enough time learning skills, and gathering levels, or items that would let you defeat them. I see them as the doors into a new area that is even more challenging, and without the game knowing you can make it over there, it would be an area that you probably wouldn't normally make it through on your own.

Cost, timelines, or the fact that very few people would notice the change and it instead lets them spend more time adding features elsewhere (bigger map, more detailed city, etc.).

I don't think I ever played the latest Twisted Metal game, but Sweet Tooth was a fun one or even Axle was a unique character/vehicle setup.

I mostly just buy DLC or addons, I kinda like having the physical copy of the game rather than a store where it could disappear over time. 

I think it might be when it’s legit impossible to complete a task unless you have the highest actual skill level (which even then is still rare - think of guitar hero 3’s legendary song and how to this day not that many people can even get through it fully without the crowd booing and stopping it). 

Depends on the game, for ones in genre like racing I find that it’s pretty annoying since 99% of racing games are basically the same. 

For fun; Burnout by far (specifically burnout paradise).
For realism; Gran Turismo 

I currently have 2 PS4 controllers, and 2 PS move controllers. Mostly when someone comes over or to use as a backup if mine dies when using it. 

Racing games, some MOBAs are really quick, possibly an RPG or something with a window you can pause it on.

I normally will keep playing until I want to get off. I remember leaving my PS3 running Gran Turmiso since some races were 24-72 hours long straight (I would switch to their B-spec mode to let my AI drive when I was sleeping or doing other things). I’ve never had any issues at all with overheating a console, or any damage. 

Seymour in FFX. you legit fight this dude like 4-5 times in different forms that get more and more annoying to deal with in the story.
