What I really pray for in the game is for it not to be killed with microtransactions and loot boxes.

It's from the makers of the Dark Souls series so it's going to be a really challenging one for sure - I can't wait!

I'm actually tempted to pre order the game Elden Ring as well after watching the game's trailer. It looks very thrilling.

I regret pre-ordering Aliens: Colonial Marines... that was such a disaster!
That said, I still pre-order stuff. I’ve had Elden Ring on pre-order since it was announced.

Yeah, it’s a slippery slope. Not cool having a borked/abridged version of the game on PS Plus. Seems a bit cheeky.

It's nice hearing that you haven't experienced any kind of bugs in the game yet. I'm definitely working on getting the game sooner.

They all run pretty smooth. COD Vanguard’s spawn-killing can be pretty wild, though!

I purchase from the PS Store all the time. Here in the UK the sale prices can be pretty damn good and are occasionally better than buying from brick and mortar shops.

Just watching video reviews and reading written reviews, tbh. The latest iterations in the series are supposedly way more RPG-focused. Not only that, but I believe they've had more development time compared to the other titles.
