Lol, you dosing off while playing wasn't such a disaster then, I played till 1: am before calling it a night, maybe that would serve till Friday when I will get to be with my console again, for now I am stuck to playing fortnite maybe on mobile.

I have tried playing Fortnite on mobile on several occasions but it's not working for me. I can't get used to the controls on mobile phones as that's the biggest challenges I have with the game when trying to play it on my smartphone.

Microtransactions  is already changing the concept of videogaming from what we knew it before, the fun isn't there anymore as someone who can afford it can just get an edge over you because they paid for some extra privileges in the game.

Microtransactions is the modern cheat of video game's companies that makes them get more money off the gamers for just better cosmetics and upgrades. It's the pay to win scam like I choose to call it that makes everything worse in some of their games.

Oh Well, it still all goes down to the fact that I am seriously anticipating this game release next year.

That's understandable, as it looks like it's going to be very solid game. I might be getting it as well depending on what time it's released next year. It's the same thing for me with Flintlock : The Siege of Dawn that's coming out too.

Well , currently I use Facebook more often than any other social network and I get to know some of this game streamers on Facebook before going to search them out on YouTube for more contents, and I know very many people do same as well.

The prominence of YouTube and twitch as a streaming platform cannot be overemphasized but Facebook is coming up rapidly.

I'm not trying to say that some people or a lot of people aren't making use of Facebook. I'm talking about when someone is searching for a particular video on something, the usual place they go to first is on YouTube.

Now one who's looking for a video goes to Facebook search engine to look for it first unless that's how you opted for personally.

My parent were not even happy I spent so many hours playing video game, the only Games they approved of then was chess, Monopoly and other board games, though they never tried to stop me from playing video games.

As a kid, my parents handpicked all of my games, so they don't have to worry about what kind of games I consume its content. Although, they limit and moderate my play in order to prevent me from getting addicted.

Lol, that's how it was for me in the past, I never cared about the real test of the game, I don't like challenges, I love it when I win easily just as your sister love it 😂

It was fun and satisfying for her is what I presumed because of how excited she is whenever she keeps wining. Trying to make her play in a difficult mode that's going to limit her wining rate would not work.

😂, Don't you have any other things you do aside from gaming after work? Six or more hours is too much for one that just came back from work, that's a simple suggestion mate.

I later managed playing 4 hours. Something came up and I had to rush out from home. It's all about priorities. If I had nothing serious came up, I would have played more.

If you keep hosting such kind of player in one one contest, be it in Football manager or another MMO game, you'll come victorious in one out of all you played with em.

It's going to be very difficult beating such a team. Yes, I know that in football, there's always an upset but it's going to be very slim in this case with that Apolo's team. When I'm looking at the team, all I can see is hell playing against him.

  9. I have been playing Apex Legends for a while now since 2020. It's just the newly introduced legends in the game that I'm yet to play which was why I had to ask for his opinion on them. I should be checking out the legend Valkyrie soon.

I understand how YouTube video creators are helpful when it comes to issues you want resolve. But this time, I don't think my dirt 2 tally car racing game can be rectified completely even if I decide to bring it back.

It's why most of the time, I usually check out some of their contents in order to see if they would have something that's going to help out with some bugs/glitches if it's something I can't get a fix on by myself. Their videos usually helps most times.

Such mode comes when I am playing career mode via soccer, or when I'm playing racing game tournaments. That time I just want to arrive at the championship decider and not playing with any folks at all IRL.

Such a mood for me isn't always about the game I'm going to be playing but how I feel internally which would be better if I play alone and switch off from playing online with any friends. I would have more satisfaction playing alone at the time than playing with friends.

Legend of Zelda is a cool Nintendo game not just in switch alone, but other versions that are compatible with it. But I played on switch, and it was just a blast.

When I got the game first, the more I played it, the more I still want to play it again over and over again. When a game makes me feel that, it's going to be taking me hours of play before I can take a break from it.

I'm very much satisfied with my current fast cars racing games that's why I keep get games off the same series, if I wasn't then there would have been a longing desire to experience new series.

What I was trying to say was that if I'm satisfied with a particular game, I would move on with or from it and go into another one. But when I'm not yet satisfied, I keep playing it over and over again in order to have that feeling of being okay with the game.

But it doesn't mean that people in Africa gonna run such huge financial demanding project. Rather, the gaming companies can run and maintain their project, and use it to create employment avenue, creating awareness and also gaining more sales, since we Africans love video games too.

I read the article shared by @Reality vs Adventurein the beginning of the thread where there's a summit of 10 African countries that are looking at making this happen faster for African countries. I hope that holds and not be like some of their projects that fell off along the way because of their selfish reasons.

While everyone else chooses more modern and recent years I'm gonna go with 1972, because it's really is when video games became mainstream enough to get seen as profitable. 1972 was when Pong released which really was the start of the video game market. Sure stuff like Table For Two was around but it didn't get all that popular. Pong is the first big hit in the gaming market, which helped establish a market that lead to all the other classics. Another big arcade cabinet game called Computer Space also released around that time.

Also in 1972 was the Madavox Odduesy which was the first ever console to be released. It paved the way for Atari and Intelvision to enter the console market.

Basically 1972 is when gaming became an actual market. Which is why I'd call it the greatest.

You're right about that and the only good thing that makes some gamers choose modern games is the impressiveness of the game's graphics compared to older games. But what older games brings is uniqueness and more creativity on the part of developers. It's why I would chose between 1972 to 1985 as the best years.

  16. I'm sure that each of our answers to this would be subjective because we all might have different reasons for considering a particular year to be the worst in video game's history. It's why I'm not going to limit the reach it's going to stretch to.

If I'm going to choose, it would in 1983 which the famous video game's crash year which lasted for 2 years. The video industry would have gone into extinction if not for the Japanese gaming industry that sustained the industry.

    - Riptide GP

    - Monument Valley II

    - Colour Bump 3D

    - Fun race 3D,

Are the mobile 3D games that are so draining to my battery, I don't know what's running on the mind of my little nephew that got him to download all this games to me.

There's nothing running through his mind than being in the need to play all those games he downloaded on your smartphone. My little cousins are like that and it's why I have my Google Play Store on password protected. He can't launch the app without my opening it.

Their is a small difference in design especially at the middle but they look similar. At the middle PS4 is built with glass that looks like a small projector, lol, while PS3 centre is sealed.

The only thing similar between the two of them are the cross direction buttons, the triangle, block, O and X buttons and the PlayStation logo. Every other thing is different.

When I was very much younger, I love love playing at the amateur level, such level was boring because I play freely and score loads of goals playing PES with AI opponents. At this time, I can't imagine myself at the lowest difficulty level.

My kid sister doesn't care about all that. All that matters to her is winning and even if it's in very easy level, she doesn't mind as long as it's what helps her to win, it's the path she's following.
