It could be cool but I'm just not sure that it is really necessary.  I feel like the game already did a great job at telling that story and did so very cinematically.  I am just not sure what a film could really add to it.  Also, I fear a Max Payne situation, where the game is already very cinematic and could be its own movie so they arbitrarily change it to make it different and just ruin it.

One of the worst I've seen happened to my buddy not me personally.  It was in Skyrim and every time he would fast travel a dragon would spawn, even inside cities where they usually would not appear, which would put NPCs at risk as they would all rush to help fight the dragon, and a few well known NPCs died fighting the dragons which closes their shops forever.  Eventually he just had to stop fast traveling, or he would fast travel outside the city, fight the dragon, then go in.

If you like the Bioware formula (i.e. Dragon Age) you will probably like it.  A lot of conversations and relationship building and pretty fun action as well.  The original trilogy are classics IMO and are definitely worth playing.  Andromeda is a lot better now after the patches and is also a really fun game if you want to get a feel for the style with a game more up to modern standards.

I don't mind a few, too many can get tedious.  I like when they are worked in well and used for world building, like they give you an opportunity to learn about the town you are in or the NPC who assigned it.

For me its Pokemon.  I guess because I always received the old Pokemon games as Christmas gifts when I was a kid.  I have a copy of Lets Go but haven't played it yet, will probably pull it out around Christmas for a nice nostalgia hit.

Yea hopefully there is, I highly recommend it.  I like AC games but they rarely stand out as truly great, this one really surprised me by how much I enjoyed it, a GOTY level game to me.

Probably Skyrim, as that is easily the game I have the most hours in.  But Witcher 3 and AC: Odyssey would be up there for me as well.  Something with a big open world I could explore endlessly and that has good replay value.

Yea its definitely frustrating, I can see restricting it in certain situations like mid battle or something but it should definitely be available generally.  I always feel weird shutting a game down when I haven't manually saved.

Yea it can be tough but its best to try and not get in your own head about it (easier said than done I know).  As soon as you start thinking about messing up it makes it more likely that it will occur, you psych yourself out.  Sometimes I will pause before a big fight, take some deep breaths, remind yourself verbally (out loud) to be calm, take it slow, be patient, speak your general strategy out loud to yourself.  Then when you resume focus on the game and your gameplan, nothing else.

I never was to good at it I'm afraid.  Even with my stealth characters its the one skill I never got very high.  A couple of things you could try: Use potions to increase your skill/chance at success temporarily,  Enchant clothing items with increased pick pocketing (if you can, I think there is an enchantment for this).  Also, if you can find where the person sleeps, sneak into their house at night and pickpocket them while they sleep, this greatly increases your odds.  Good luck.

Most have been named already, Goldeneye, Perfect Dark, Mario 64, Mario Kart, Ocarina of Time, Majoras Mask, StarFox would all definitely be on my list.  Also Rush, I loved those games.

All that sounds about right, I also hope standard HDD space is larger, I had to upgrade mine for PS4.  Something in the 2TB range would be nice.

Joant73 got a reaction from StaceyPowers in Radiant quests in Skyrim and other games
I don't mind radiant quests, they give people something to do way after everything else is done which I think is better than just running out of missions altogether.  I can see why it bothers completionists though, I also like to keep my mission list as thin as possible so sometimes that aspect is annoying, but it is a minor thing.  I remember the minutemen quests in Fallout 4 being one of the more annoying ones I have seen, but they easy enough to ignore.  If in the future they increase in variability then that would be even better, I have been playing AC Odyssey lately and it actually has some great radiant quests that vary a good bit, delivered both through message boards in towns and just random ppl that pop up on your map occasionally. Also, the Thieves Guild quests do actually have a purpose (somewhat) because if you do enough of them you can trigger an event.

Probably the original Modern Warfare or MW2 for me.  I have burnt out on CODs in recent years, but those were some of the best FPS campaigns I have ever played.  I was also a big fan of the Crysis games, but I don't know if they really deserve to be ranked among the best FPS games, I just love a good FPS campaign.

I play a lot of different types of games but RPGs and open world action/adventure type games are the ones I get the most excited for.  I also play a lot of sports games, Fifa mostly but also Madden and The Show.

Wreck it Ralph is a good call, I didn't really consider it but a good movie for sure.

Aye, it's not the highest bar tbh, lol.
Doom was ok, but not seen the Final Fantasy animated movie. After giving it more thought, Wreck It Ralph is arguably the best video game movie, though it's not based solely on one game. Thanks for commenting!

Man this is tough as most of them have been truely terrible, Max Payne and Assassins Creed stand out to me as among the worst.  As for good ones, the Doom movie with the Rock was enjoyable in its own way, also the animated Final Fantasy film back in the day was awesome, and the animation quality was way ahead of its time.

I don't buy DLC very often unless it is for a game I really like.  The best I have gotten are both DLCs for the Witcher 3, and the Frozen Wilds DLC for Horizon ZD.  All provide really solid expansions to the game that are fun to play.

Inside and Limbo are definitely up there. Journey and Little Nightmares are on my list as well, they were both great.  Also, there is new one out, Typoman, that looks pretty good although I haven't played it yet.
