Yeah DnD counts, technically it's a tabletop game, so it counts. As well, it has other video games out there if I'm not mistaken, so it's not just the tabletop style I believe. I believe they have a dungeon crawler game as well.

tabletop can also mean boardgames, so essentially your favorite board games. I know Tabletop Simulator on Steam for example, has mods for popular board games and many other strategy, puzzle, etc. They even have Among Us style board games.

Gotcha, well I just started playing DnD and it really is a worthwhile game to play and pretty fun if the DM is good.

Hilarious comment, their is no problem, provided you'll get your game, I think the waiting wouldn't matter. I love checking on my favourite games months after their official release, so I wouldn't struggle with their purchase. Early ordering can take time and cost more, since the game is recently recently.

It does cause headaches for retail employees if there is a massive delay in a game, plus the bad look it gives companies if they promise a date and have to extend that date, Square Enix holds the prize so far for that fail. And there are lots of people who take off of work to enjoy a new game.

this made games easier, but it also could be used to give new challenge to games. there were codes that made every enemy on super mario bros throw hammers. there were also a lot of codes that just made things more interesting. Also you could hook up 2 of them to get 6 codes

Interesting, I would think hooking up more than one would cause issues.

Very concerned about this game. The visuals are an appaling downgrade from bayonetta 2. Everything is so dull and flat

I think all the trailers so far are work in progress. I'm sure the final release will look good.

Like I said, to someone in my situation, it's a lot.

I do know the frustration, I've worked jobs where people believe I should be able to lift 50 pounds no problem, but it is 😅

While it definitely is DDoS, it's most likely not an attack per se. It's kind of cringy to me when a big company switching to f2p model cries attack on launch. There is probably 90% more players than usual trying to log in, all at once, and instead of being prepared, they went full surprised Pikachu face, when they flipped the switch. So while it's DDoS, it's not some sort of malicious coordinated attack, it's just massive amount of genuine players trying to play on launch. And Bliz just tries to cover their incompetence and total lack of foresight, by bullshitting people about being attacked. It's not an attack dear Bliz, it's how opening floodgates to f2p works. If only we had prior knowledge in the past 20-30 years of multitude f2p mmo/online game launches to be able to expect what's going to happen. But nope, you guys are launching the first f2p online game ever /s so you are the trailblazers that can only learn on their own mistakes an no one else's

It's rare that games don't crash on launch day server wise, I wonder if companies wait to see what kind of load comes in first to get servers ready.

What you've said, your work is stressing you, you wouldn't have that much time for video game pleasures. I believe you do have off from your job, you can use some of your spare time to play your favourite games. I am also engaged, but I don't let me job to take all my time for recreation and gaming.

Whenever I get the new Zelda BotW 2 game, I plan on taking a full week off from work to play it.

If you go to any store, there’s a list of what you can buy. Technically, the only things that are straight up visible in the physical sense are your weapons. Like Squall’s gunblade and Quistis’s whip. But anything and everything that’s in your inventory is fair game to buy and sell.

Isn't the point of this topic for the non-shop menu list buying? 🤔

There are several NES games that have this feature. Legacy Of The Wizard is one. Others include Legend Of The Mystical Ninja and FF8. It's all over the place. Not to the same caliber of RDR2, but it's not an uncommon feature.

Been ages since FF 8, but I don't recall able to see items.
