My favorite gaming Youtuber is Xpertthief because his videos are always hilarious and he always comes up with creative ways to troll people in games like Fortnite, Gta V, RDR2 etc.

He's a really popular YouTuber and very successful. I too enjoy watching his videos. How long have you been a loyal subscriber from? Do you remember how many subscribers he had when you started to follow him online?

I do block people but they always seem to find ways around that and after reporting them, the devs take an unusually long time to deal with the situation so changing my username alleviates that problem right away.

Once and  it was because this modder kept bothering me and the admin of Eden Eternal took unusually long to hand such an issue so changing username really came in handy.

Fair enough. @killamch89 Are you using PC to play the video game? If so, please press the O key open up the Social interface window. Here, you can manage your current friends, add new players to your friends list and finally block pests that are bothering you in-game. This is the most simplest solution to solve your problem rather than going through all of that trouble altering names.

I have never really had any issues with my video game purchases when it came to delivery. There have been games that I have regretted buying being that the game absolutely flopped but that is part of the process.

Your aware you could of returned it to the merchant for either store credit or cash, depending on their policies. Was the game unopened at the time and met all of their return policies? If not, you could of listed the game on Gumtree or Ebay. Out of interest, what video game did you purchase that you are regretting to this day?  I'd recommend Gumtree as they deduct no fees unlike ebay with future situations similar to this one.

I have the hyper Cloud Gaming headset(the original one) and I paid $70 dollars for it about 3 years ago but it is still going strong. It has very good reviews and yes, while I could recommend it because it is still an awesome headset, I am trying to upgrade to one of their more modern versions - especially the alpha or the stinger series. I would suggest using eBay to sell your current set and you can find a brand new pair of that platform as well. Just be sure to check that the seller is a highly reputable one.

70$ is a good price converting into £54.32 pence which isn't a lot to spend on a headset. As this is US Currency, is this electronic good available in the UK or obtainable by international shipping? Even though I've never sold a product on Ebay, I've heard about their fees that come with selling goods and services. What percentage do the company take of you for their profits/tax? Would you recommend I either list my headset as buy now or an auction to maximize the amount of cash I can sell it for?

I play many games competitively and I'm a game journalist

What video games do you play "competitively? Are you a self employed freelance game journalist or do you work for a business? If so, which company and is this your primary source of income? I'd like to get paid for what I enjoy most, Gaming. Turning a hobby into a Job is anyone's dream.

  6. I'm going to turn the question around, too! What about yourself? How many video games do you have? I started playing on my Gaming PC on my 18th. I contributed my Birthday Money towards a new gaming platform and I still play on it to this day. I've been using my PC everyday until recently. Last night, I gave my computer a wipe over with a damp cloth and turned it on and there was a fault. The entire keyboard doesn't work apart from the power button. It's currently in for repair, right now I'm using a Library System which isn't ideal for Gaming.

  7. Are micro-transactions also known as In-Game purchases/ad ons? If so, I never get pulled into buying unnecessary upgrades to speed through or make the video game easier. We've already paid for the video game, why should we be giving more money to the company for services which have already been delivered?

Work hard, overcome challenges and enjoy gaming. The whole objective of a PC game is to complete hard quests so you receive an  sense of accomplishment knowing you have completed a task without using micro transactions.

I play Fortnite casually on my PC and phone and I really love it - especially the vehicle additions. I love hijacking another player's plane midair and just raining down lead from the heavens on my enemies.

What's your username on Epic Games as I'm interested to play a Duo match. Send me a private message if you don't want to mention it in this topic. What's your statistics, how many kills, wins, and losses? You can find out the website known as Fortnite Tracker

Well, I haven't been DDoS'd in my entire career and that's saying something

You've turned gaming into a career, how? Alternatively, is gaming just an interest rather than a full time self employed job? Either way, do you have any prevention strategies to prevent a Disturbed Denial of Service Attack? Prevention is better than cure and the best way is to ignore the internet trolls in the first place, in my opinion.

That sounds like a long method to get away from someone that is annoying you or harassing you in-game. Like Infected said, why don't you just block them or even report them. I believe Xbox takes reports quite seriously. I've heard of people getting banned for really silly reasons so if someone is bothering you, that might be a better solution than changing your username 😄

Read through the Code of Conduct and learn how to report here. Most of the time it's best to ignore bullies, they'll get bored eventually. Have you ever changed username for the reason you mentioned? @killamch89

I always communicate in-game via computer headset with microphone. I like to crack jokes when I am playing and also to communicate with my team in-game.

I'm interested in upgrading mine. What headset do you have, How much did you pay, What are the reviews like and finally would you recommend it for me? Where would you suggest that I look to upgrade and sell my current set.

Same as me. I never usually change usernames either unless I am trying to avoid someone in-game so I change names. Otherwise, I always keep the same username.

If someone is harassing you on Xbox Live, you have three options. You can either Block, Report or change your gamertag. Usually, Blocking/Reporting the player will work but you should only change your gamertag as a last resort if nothing else works. This isn't really a good reason to alter your username.

Most admins in a game take forever to look into a situation. There are only a few games where I know the admins act very swiftly such as Fortnite.

Most gaming companies hire employees to help police their terms and conditions on their customers. However, non-profitable organizations hire volunteers and not actual Employees, for example hiring someone over the computer to help you out with a server you own. They are voluntarily doing the work so the amount of time they dedicate is up to them. I have to agree with everyone in this topic, hackers creates an unfair advantage over other players leading to other players finding it acceptable to cheat and then there is no fun for anyone playing as each user will have the same power.

It would choose Rockstar as well because they always make quality games such as GTA V and Red Dead Redemption 2. The single player experiences, in particular, are always mindblowing.

Why are they mindblowing? What's the best gaming experience you've ever had in Single Player? Out of Multiplayer or playing individually, what do you prefer?

No, I have never really heard about this store. How good are they in comparison to Better Buy and other huge electronic retailers?

What prices do they cut on though?

Averagely speaking, they will purchase your product for 40% of it's value and in return attempt to sell it on for a 60% profit. They're good if you want quick service and cash instantly for your electronic goods. If your interested in CEX, read some reviews about the company here.

  16. I made a big jump from console to PC Gaming. It went smoothly, I ended up selling my game collection along with my Xbox 360 to WeBuy/Cex, I received around £20.00 for the whole lot. The main reason was due to my console aging and Microsoft made the decision to stop selling and creating video games for the 360. Eventually, I ended up purchasing a Acer Gaming Laptop for 649.99 and investing in an Bluetooth Mouse for £20.00 as I hate using the touchpad whilst gaming. I'm happier now and I have no regrets on this decision that was made to switch platforms.

How often do you cook a fry up? How do you like your steak cooked? I enjoy mine Rare.  Definitely has to be cheaper to cook rather than eat out when it comes eating steaks. A few months ago this was eaten and made by myself, what do you all think of my cooking skills?

    1. Minecraft
    2. Grand Theft Auto Five
    3. Slither.io
    4. Agar.io
    5. Skyrim Elder Scrolls (First release)

I played various video games as a kid but here is my top five are above. Brings back some good childhood memories. As a adult, I can remember when I was a child, I had plenty of time to devote but now I have less. I miss the old days but I'm still gamer as of today!

  18. Unfortunately, it's never happened to me before. Nothing is for free in this world, there is always a catch whether it's a scam or not. Although, congratulations for acquiring the steam key. May I ask, what video game was it and how would you rate it so far?

  19. I've never tried or used VR (Virtual Reality before). Various YouTubers are using this type of technology, it changes the world of gaming to the next level. Although, I am interested in purchasing a headset and some video games, what store or website would you suggest for making the purchase? Furthermore, what's the best way to connect the electronic games to the headset? I'm not too sure how to use "VR", any help would be greatly appreciated.

  20. I have never gave up on Quests. Challenging quests take a lot of your time but a positive is that use your problem solving skills and in return, spend longer completing the video game. I enjoy games which have a moderate difficulty , not to hard, not to easy. Even if the quest is ridiculously hard, I'll give it my best try to attempt to complete it by watching online tutorials and using my Initiative to overcome the problem.

  21. Has anyone tried buying, selling or exchanges electronic goods at CEX? The stores are situated all across the United Kingdom. I enjoyed trading with WeBuy and sold a Broken iPhone 6+ and got £70.00 in return. Here is a link to there website.
