Yet republicans fight immigration, ban transgenders from serving, make tax cuts for the rich, support Nazis ("Very fine people"), deny health care to the poor, steal money from the government for foolhardy useless reasons (the wall), alienate allies, play the "mine is bigger than yours" game (US v NK), and try to make Christianity the only legal religion (Pence).
I fail to see how republicans are "guardians of equality". More like fascists.
Maybe it should be spelled republiKlans.

My mother was a Catholic, and actually had me enrolled in Sunday school. But I was excommunicated when I was 3 for asking a question about their god.

Tetris and Solar Jetman for me. With tetris I just don't get the appeal of dropping blocks on each other. It's so annoying that I absolutely can't stand it. With Solar Jetman, it's impossible to control the damn ship. One slight touch of the D pad and the thing is spinning uncontrollably. I'm not joking on that one. You can't control the thing. With both of them I'd like to smack the team that created them.

I play a ton of Game Boy and GBA-SP games. I never got into the DS. It just didn't me. I haven't really messed with the switch much.

So many to choose from. I'll try to list 10 from NES, SNES, and N64. I'll try to avoid big franchises like Zelda and Mario if possible. They're in no particular order.
NES---
1) Blaster Master
2) Legacy Of The Wizard
3) Astynax
4) Contra
5) Wizards & Warriors
6) Punch Out
7) Final Fantasy
8.) Kings Knight
9) A Boy And His Blob
10) Kung Fu
*******************SNES---
1) Blackthorne
2) Earthworm Jim 2
3) The Legend Of The Mystical Ninja
4) Star Fox
5) Lagoon
6) The Legend Of Zelda: Parallel Worlds (Rom-Hack)
7) The Legend Of Zelda: Goddess Of Wisdom (Rom-Hack)
8.) Beavis & Butthead
9) Mortal Kombat 1
10) Super Ghouls 'N Ghosts
*******************N64---
1) Conker's bad Fur Day
2) Banjo Kazooie
3) Hexen
4) South Park
5) 1080 Snowboarding
6) Forsaken 64
7) Castlevania
8.) Nightmare Creatures
9) The Legend Of Zelda Ocarina Of Time
10) Daikatana -
I wasn't here when it happened so I honestly don't know, but for me the big bang makes the most sense.

The cops pick and choose what is and isn't a crime. For example here where I live robbery, assault, and vandalism are legal. The US is a completely worthless country. Nothing works as it should here. If I had the money I would have left the country a long time ago, but I flat out can't afford it. So I'm stuck in a shithole country, that is now the joke of the world thanks to the current sitting president.

Am I the only girl that games? I'm starting to feel a bit outnumbered here. I know there are other girls here, but not many. Are we a minority in the gaming world, or am I just missing something?

Tell me I'm not the only one that sticks mostly to the old stuff. Cartridge systems. Atari, Colecovision, NES, SNES, N64, Sega Genesis. I play a bit of PS1 and PS3, but this post is for the old stuff. Who else is a classic gamer? What's your favorite classic game? Why? And no picking the major series like Zelda or Castlevania. I'm looking for more obscure games. Anything else is cool. If it's a movie title (F13) that's fine. If it's a relatively unheard of game, even better. For me it's Blaster Master. It's a perfect mix of sci-fi and fantasy. You follow your pet frog down a hole and find a world unlike anything you could have imagined. You take command of a tank (names Sophia) and have to fight through several stages to save the world. I suck at descriptions, but the game is really awesome.
Here's the Wikipedia: Blaster Master

The ending to Zelda: A Link To The Past was a bit of a let down. I was hoping for more, but got relatively nothing. Same goes for Castlevania Symphony Of The Night.

If we're talking about more recent stuff, then every Assassin's Creed makes the list. If we're talking about slightly older stuff, then several come to mind.
Mortal Kombat Mythologies: Sub-Zero (N64)
The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess (Wii)
Soul Caliber 2 (Game Cube)
Donkey Kong series (SNES)
Marble Madness (NES)
Solar Jetman (NES)
T&C Surf Designs (surfing part) (NES)I could never figure out the damn surfing one T&C. Donkey Kong will send me from zero to psycho in 2 seconds. Twilight Princess just sucked. Soul Caliber was a major pain. I could only play it on the practice part where there was no time or health if I wanted to enjoy it. Marble Madness don't get me started. Solar Jetman was impossible. The damn craft spins uncontrollably with the slightest touch of the D pad. MK Mythologies was just a pitiful attempt to capitalize on the MK popularity at the time.
There was one game, thankfully I can't remember the title, that I bought for PS3, and 20 minutes later I was taking it back to Game Stop. It was so horrible, I don't see how it ever got out of the prototype stage.

I'll stick to the fighting games where you have a set list of characters to choose from. You pick one and you fight. Simple as that. Street Fighter II, Mortal Kombat, Killer Instinct, and the like. mainly the ones that came out around the SNES era.
-
It's impossible for me to be banned. I don't play online games. I've been banned from online forums, but that was a joke. I just hack them and cause real trouble after that.
-
The Plutonium Boss in Blaster Master on NES. That thing is virtually impossible to beat.
-
I usually chose M Bison or Ryu.
-
I hated Primal Rage. All you can do is fart and puke at each other. LAME.
Myself I recommend Mortal Kombat. I would also say Killer Instinct. The SNES game offers a tournament selection so you can have everyone fighting each other. If you want something more modern I say Soul Caliber 2.
-
A couple of my favorites were Silent Scope, and Dance Maniax. It's different from DDR. With DM, you use your hands over sensors instead of your feet. It was pretty sweet. Also one that I played constantly and was severely good at was Soul Caliber 2. Hook me up with Kilik, and you are going to get hurt.

Just now, The Blackangel said:
Darkstone was sweet as hell, but I could never get the whole game to run. I could play to about 10 minutes in and the game would quit working. I bought several copies and tried it on more than one computer and had the same problem.
Correction, I'm thinking of Dark Earth.

Right now I'm reading Othello. It's a great story. The last one of Shakespeare's plays I read was MacBeth. I loved it. I'm also reading a lot of Poe. The Raven aside, The Bells is one of his best poems. And The Cask Of Amontillado is his absolute best story. The Fall Of The House Of Usher is another great.
I also read The Illiad recently. It was a great read too.
