  1. I don't see any problem with it, to be honest. When I was around 6 or 7, I played Grand Theft Auto Vice City for the first time ever and I loved it. I didn't even care about certain aspects of the game, for me, it was great because it was the first open world and driving game that I experienced and had a chance at playing. It didn't mess me up and I don't think any games affect anyone really. It's all up to the individual.

Until they update their privacy policy to not screw you over. Pass.

I saw something about that on Reddit but didn't really understand it fully. I know that Tenacent (or whatever they're called) is based in China and apparently in the Terms & Conditions, it says something about sharing information with them right?

  4. It would have to be Arthur and Sadie from Red Dead Redemption 2. The developers did say that they removed a sizeable amount from singleplayer and I believe that it was a love interest story for Arthur. So it would have been nice to see what would have happened between Arthur and Sadie later on. Even without the romantic relationship, they had such a good dynamic. They understood each other and after meeting each other, they ended up being quite similar to each other which was great to see.

  5. I actually didn't watch that much gaming videos in 2018 actually. It would be interesting to see what the statistic was like for 2017 because I definitely contributed to that. But this year, I watched a lot less gaming videos, the majority of them being either early gameplay videos or trailers. I did also watch a few videos on certain games by YouTubers like Vanoss but that's it. I've just been too busy this year to have the time to watch gaming and even if I did, I just think that personally I've slightly become bored of watching others play

At least the marketing can get most who love to pre-order and buy games right after launch to spend that money without knowing what the actual gameplay is like. I know it's a dirty and dishonest tactic but a lot of business employ the same tactic and if I'm not mistaken they have either a word or phrase for it but I can't quite remember what it was.

That is a pretty dirty and dishonest tactic and it's a short-term plan really. It will never work in the long run and will only cost you more money, in my opinion. You can use the same example of No Man's Sky for this. They got a lot of pre-orders and sales for the game but the moment people realised the game was awful, they didn't want it and returned it. I believe Steam actually started accepting mass returns for the game based on "false promises".

  7. Any of the horror games or Grand Theft Auto. The fact that you can live in a universe/world where people get massacred randomly on the street and the police forget about it after a while would be quite scary lol. Plus, imagine living in the Grand Theft Auto Online world. It would be cool for a bit with all the flying cars but absolutely terrifying in terms of how much access to weapons everyone has.

  8. I don't have any and I don't think I would get any game themed tattoo's really. It's the same with movies, TV shows and just cultural references (like memes). Their just touch and go and I don't think their the best because you have no idea if you're going to regret that in the future. But if I were to get one, like Alyxx said, I would probably go for some sort of a symbol, icon or even a logo from a fake brand/company in the game.

That's a brilliant answer and yes, the marketing is just as important to the success of the game as the actual gameplay.

But then again, it's probably wise to spend a lot of money on the actual development as well and not just the marketing. I mean, look at No Man's Sky. They spent quite a bit on marketing but came with up so much exaggeration on their trailers that it flopped at the start. And then they had to go and spend more money on developing the game and fixing it up so that's it is at it's current state which is not too bad.

    Super Mario Bros.

There literally is no game called Super Mario.

And by limited I mean you literally have 3 GTA's and 2 Call of Dutys on there. It's just an observation but those spaces could be used for more different games...

Sorry for missing out on one word. I'm sure it's not the end of the world and others understood. And gamers are different, not everyone plays a large amount of different games. I'm pretty picky with games and I don't tend to play a large collection of titles. I have a small list of game series' that I like, GTA being one of them so of course, I've going to love most of the GTA titles and have it in my top 10 list.

  11. Not only will it have the disadvantages like not having the publisher support that other developers have, I presume that it will be extremely expensive. There's no way a small developer (compared to Sony, Microsoft and even Nintendo) will have the resources to cheaply make a console with such big promises. The prices for this console will be absurd especially when compared to the next generation of consoles which will probably have similar prices to what the PS4 and Xbox One had.

Thank you for sharing that. I got the game and it seems like a fun one to play. Subnautica was also free before that. I wonder what the next game will be...

Yeah, I saw that. Subnautica seems like a great game although I don't use my laptop for gaming so I didn't take advantage of that freebie. Unfortunately, it wasn't available and the offer had finished by the time I posted this offer here. Personally, I do think that they probably won't have as good games after this. Maybe the next game will be decent, but a few months down the line, the free games will be poor like the recent PS Plus lineups.

  13. In relation to the style, I also think you have to be slightly smart with how you play as well. Whilst, you can play well by having good reactions and being in good control of the actual controls in the game, you have to be smart with how you play. Don't just shoot at someone when you see them if they are far away. Use your head, try to get closer and then start shooting. You have to think about when and when not to shoot.

  14. What do you mean by limited list if you don't mind me asking? I believe it's the original and proper Super Mario game. I can't really remember if there was a proper title for it. I had one of those specialised consoles that have a set number of games already installed. One of the games was the original Super Mario game (the sidescroller) and I had so much fun with it. It was my first proper experience with gaming really.

  15. Practise. I mean, you can try checking out some tips and tricks online but ultimately it comes down to the player. A lot of these "tips" are from professionals or semi decent players that are already good at the game so these tips work for them. If your aim isn't great, then those tips are going to work. You have to keep playing and practising to improve.

  16. Any of the games on Miniclips. When I was younger, there was a point where I didn't have a game console so I usually played quite a bit on these flash games on sites like Miniclips. There was this one game on Miniclips where you had to be a taxi driver and drive passengers around. I used to love that game, I'll have to try and find it to see if it's still as fun as it was back then 😄

  17. No, and I never will purchase any microtransactions for Rockstar games. I'll happily pay for any single player DLC but I'll never pay for virtual currency especially when the prices are stupid. I think you have to buy over $100 worth of Shark cards to get an expensive plane on GTA 5 which is a joke. I actually got some modder to get me a billion dollars on the game when you could still transfer accounts from 360/PS3 to current gen. And that was only $5 lol

  18. I mean, I'm not going to complain. I'm all for competition but we'll have to wait and see how it goes. The biggest problem for them will, of course, be the games list. There's no point in having an extremely powerful console that beats the rest if all the good games are not developed for the console. They also want to release it in about 2-3 years, that's probably the same time frame of the PS5 and next Xbox so it should be a good competition.

I agree completely. Micro-transactions have ruined the online gaming community and I am glad that countries are trying to place regulations on the micro-transaction system. I normally don't support any type of governmental interference in gaming issues but this is much appreciated.

Hopefully, although it's probably just a lot of noise from the various governments. I seriously doubt much action will be taken around the world. I'm not 100% sure if it Belgium but I know only one country has so far done some things to try and stop the microtransactions in games. Unfortunately for us, these developers won't take this lightly and will just come up with other ways to make money or spend less time developing the games.

  20. It really is. I wasn't extremely excited about the game when I pre-ordered it. I knew it was a Rockstar game and the gameplay looked good in the videos so I got it. I wasn't sure what to expect since I never played the first Red Dead Redemption game. But I fell in love with it the moment I played it. And after finishing it, it's up there with the best games that I have ever played really. The story and the gameplay were great. I would never say that it was overrated.

  21. I'm not sure how far $100,000 would go to be fair. I would try and learn some programming languages that are good for making games and then build the game myself. I would probably try to spend a bit of the money on actually developing the games and the graphics and keep the rest for marketing. As we all know, there's no point in having a good game if no one knows about it. Marketing is extremely important and can help you a lot.

  22. I'm not sure really because I'm not too sure about how many and what games are coming out in 2019. The ones that I do know though that I am looking forward to are both Cyberpunk 2077 (although I'm not sure this is actually coming out in 2019) and World of Warships Legends. WOW Legends will be free and I believe will be released sometime in the spring of 2019. I love the look and the gameplay of World of Warships so a version on consoles will be a lot of fun.

  23. I absolutely love this game. Even with my other games like Red Dead Redemption 2, I still play Fortnite Battle Royale the most. It's just so much fun. The only reason I got it at the start was that it was a Battle Royale game and there weren't any other alternatives on PS4. But since then, I've just fallen in love with the game. It helps that the developers treat us well and listen to what we think as well.
