I'd release it as soon as possible, tbh, but I was talking about the game being called Cyberpunk 2077 and it being released on 20/7/7. It's basically free marketing (as if they need it anymore).

I'm excited about the April release, but I was half expecting it would be released on July 7th. You know, 20/7/7. 🙂

Agree with everything @killamch89 said. VR is currently not suitable for esports and the question is when it will be, but with its further development, I'm sure we'll see more of it.

VR in its current state isn't really suitable for E-sports. In the future, it will happen at some point but the current tech we know as VR is very gimmicky at best and is riddled with issues.

My favorite moments come from multiplayer games where some arrogant opponent declares that I've already lost the game for some reason or another, only for me to turn the game around and make them eat their words.
This has happened to me during StarCraft II once. I described it in another thread, but basically it was Protoss vs. Protoss, and I was a Silver League player defending against a Gold League player who was using some very nasty cheese tactics, trying to get an easy win. What he didn't account for was the fact I had been cheesed one too many times that season and had figured out (on the fly, admittedly) how to defeat the ones he was using. He left without a GG.

As long as the microtransactions don't give you an edge against another player and are purely cosmetic, I don't mind them. They should still be regulated, though, as a lot of companies are exposing people's gambling addictions or are building them.

I personally don't see a big problem with loot boxes. I get a box from skullsunlimited.com every month. But I'm also 37, so that's a moot point. Children need to be monitored by responsible, loving parents, who have their children's best interest at heart when it comes to things like this. I don't mean helicopter parents, but rather aware parents. When the child hits adulthood, the rules change a bit. But until then, they need their parents to keep them safe.

Hey, sorry for replying late. I was out of town for a few days.
About EVE and my experience with it. Yeah, the cosmetics can get a bit pricy. But that's true with all of the games, I reckon. I mean, have you seen how much do some of the skins in CS:GO cost? It's absurd!
Player interaction depends on yourself. You can play solo and keep to the shadows, or you join a corporation (like a guild in other MMOs) with other players. I tend to play Solo as I don't play often and don't want to commit myself too much so I might not be the best to talk about player interaction. But corps can get crazy, forming alliances with each other, starting wars, etc.
The game can be a bit overwhelming at first, but I recommend you try it. It's free, after all!
FTL seems interesting, but I never got a chance to play it yet. It's on my list to play.

IsThereAnyDeal is good, but I prefer GG.deals much more. It's pretty much the same, but it has modern design, voucher codes are included in prices by default and historically lowest prices are nicely highlighted so it's easier to spot good deals. I also like how wishlist and price alerts are separate, so you can sync all interesting games from Steam wishlist, but only get notifications for few selected games. Also, you can get notifications only on historical lows (I believe this feature is missing on ITAD).
Having said that, ITAD does support more stores and has many advanced functionalities. So it's best to try both sites and see which one fits your needs better.

SpaceExplorer got a reaction from Executor Akamia in What makes a great space game?
It entirely depends on what you want from the game, really. For me, exploration is a huge aspect, but I know people who are more keen on space fights. I also enjoy space fights if they are done well, don't get me wrong. There's also a difference between a space sim and a game whose setting is space.
Differences are also in space fights. Some people tend to enjoy dogfighting-like combat more, while others will enjoy the capital ship combat more. I like them both, and if the game can give you a distinct feeling between those, it does its job great.
The beautiful thing about space games is their diversity. Almost no game is the same as any other. It's a smaller genre compared to some others, but it has its masterpieces for sure.
A lot of space sim games can be a bit daunting to players who haven't gotten into them yet as they can be really complicated in terms of controls and mechanics, but I'd encourage them to play them nontheless.

I agree! EVE Online is really good and if you're looking for an MMO, I'd definitely recommend EVE. I play it from time to time. Haven't played in a while, though.

I'll take SSD over HDD any day. Much faster and reliable. The specs seem really good and I might finally buy a console that's not handheld because of it.

There are studies for both pros and cons when it comes to gaming. In moderation, it's good and can be beneficial. If you overdo it, just like anything else, it can be bad for you.

I think opening a game store in the age and time of the digital download does not sound like good investment. Instead store that hosts the esports tournament. And also charges some fee can be a good option in such case.

His rank seems to be Apprentice according to Fandom wikia , if that means anything. I don't really remember anymore how strong he was, but he was helpful to have in combat.
