It will save you some money, It's cuts EA out of loop and you don't loose out since the game's are the same year to year anyway. Add the fact that pre-owned EA sports titles depreciate in value so much and thus can be bought dirt cheap, and this really is the way to do it. Yeah - As far as gamers still give into their crap updates or upgrades, why in the world would they ever stop making the same thing over and over again? The problem with the gaming community we only react as a group when things get way out of hand and it starts affecting most people. We need to be more proactive as a group and show some unity. Seriously - It's something that should have been in place and some of us knows it but the problem is that some of us too are in bed with these companies. We need to stop depending on the support of celebrities or media personnel because they've already been bought out by these companies. Hard to tell with EA - they could just remake the game with slightly updated graphics and charge the premium price or they might just surprise us from once and give us new content.
