I do fee the heat, and whenever I see myself in such kind of scenario I immediately take some rest to take a walk feel brand new then come back again to continue where I stopped, of I didn't go anywhere that day.

Kicking in with a session to my music library is one of the ways I get to take a time off my gaming when it's very important that I do so.

That's a nice way to cool your head, and free your hands from the pains it might have experienced during the lengthy time of holding the controller. Music is life, listening to wonderful vocals makes you feel energize again.

Exactly - it's one of the easiest ways for me to drift off far away from reality. Music is the only thing that does the for me and when I'm done, I can come back to my game a lot stronger.

I love music as well, music keeps the body and soul in a peaceful atmosphere and feel alive again, if you're quite stressed out due to lack of adequate rest, especially when you've sat on the TV screen to battle out for longer period of time.

It's actually why when I get to play games with good soundtracks, I drift with it very easily.

Music helps to sooth the mind, body and soul. I always play music whether I'm gaming or working. Only during online meetings I shut off my music or when I'm sleeping. Otherwise, I'm always listening to music.

Adequate rest is really required for our health. We just keep on playing at stretch for long period, as that will adversely effect our hands and wrists. Proper rest at an interval is needed.

Exactly - it really bugs me whenever I hear some people say that they are not really into music or songs that I keep wondering what went wrong with them and music?

Yes, playing every time comes with it's weakness at some point. When we play for some time, we should take some time off to feel energized again then take off.

Yes, we shouldn't be addicted in anyway when it comes to gaming so it wouldn't have negative impact to our health. When I play I take some time off to rest my head, so I feel refreshed again.

I can only be open to playing for too long when there is some sort of wager to complete the game at a stipulated time.

Laughs, if the wager brings incentive I'll engage on it, to play more deeper to see if I can wager the prize and take derivatives.

Not sure to be honest. I grew up in a very musically inclined family so I developed that love for music since I was a kid.

Music is something that comes naturally if you ask me as long as you're open to it. I really used to hate music myself till I opened up for it and I started enjoying it.
