Sony announced their own PS5 covers, and I'm not feelin any of them. If anything, they look kinda lazy, and there seems to only be 4 models at release. A pink, violet, blue, black and maroon I think. Empire Posted December 14, 2021 Share Posted December 14, 2021 Even though they’re a year late, a lot of people are going to want the official faceplates (covers) over a third party one mostly due to branding. Aka, the PlayStation logo that comes with it. Third party companies just took a big hit. Especially since now the consoles are starting to become more and more available.
