You enjoy doing, but others look down on it

Recommended Posts

I don't know if this counts for others, but I do enjoy talking to myself especially on something that I want to do. It's like going through it - all my plans all over again in order to be sure that I'm not missing anything. One of guy called me weird at one point but it's what works for me and I don't care about his opinion on it.

Sometimes I like to be on my own and even when I am with a group of people I just sit quietly and observe what's going without making any comments or joining in the conversation, some people don't really appreciate my quietness at times.

I enjoy watching and playing football, not much of my friends value playing soccer due to how hard it is to make a career playing football as a professional career. Because of  sponsorship issues, which has eluded youths here in my locality finding their way to play soccer.

Watching anime - most women and older people I know are like I'm too old to be watching those but I don't really care what people have to say about it because they did teach me a lot of lessons growing up.

There's nothing wrong with that - sometimes, you do need to separate yourself from others so that you can do some self-reflection. Learning to appreciate your own company is something that Buddha and others allude to as a way to find yourself. I'd argue that always wanting to be around people is unhealthy and indicates some kind of deeper issue.

Not very many people appreciate that at times.

I can say i'm an omnivert and could conveniently choose which state mind and how I want to communicate or relate at that moment intentionally but some would be taken off guard when a guy who was just joking around and vibing a few days ago just comes around and is quiet and just reacting with expressions without saying much.

Well, I am not even bother if they don't appreciate my kind of personality I just do what I like at the end of the day.

This picture right here sums up how I feel towards watching anime or cartoons and I'm absolutely certain that's never going to change.

I'm the silent type when I'm around other people. I'm not comfortable in social situations, especially at other people's homes. I feel like I wear out my welcome in the first 5 minutes. I'm severely socially awkward. I may come off as strong and witty (or so I'm told) here at the forum. But if you were to meet me IRL, you would see something different. I'll never deny my values or convictions, no matter how uncomfortable it gets for everyone around. But aside from that, you won't really get a whole lot out of me.

A lot of people (extroverts mainly) see that as being rude, but I don't give half a shit. You do you, I'll do me. If you still have a problem with that, would you like to get tazed or tazed? I own a 150,000,000 volt tazer. And that's not a typo. It's 150 million volts. There's a warning that came with it to never hold it on anyone for more than 2 seconds. just hit and draw back. Holding it on someone will cause permanent damage, and could potentially even be lethal. People also look down on that. "Why do you need one that powerful? Why are you trying to kill someone? Why don't you just punch them? Why don't you...." AH FUCK YOU. It's my life and none of your concern. So piss off or you can find out firsthand exactly how 150,000,000 volts feels.

The thing about electrical current is that it's not really voltage that kills, it's amplitude. Yes, tasers run at an absurdly high voltage, but the amplitude is extremely low, a few milliamps at most. The voltage is what the nerves and muscles react too making that high voltage far more painful than a shock at, say, the 230v supply that runs through your home, but that home home electrical supply could be running at 13 amps, making it far more dangerous. That's why tasers run at such a high voltage, so they can operate a very low amplitude and make them safer whilst still effective.

I learned that in the electronics class that I took more than 20 years ago. The voltage hurts, but the amps kill. I have no idea how many amps the tazer has, but to push out that much voltage, it has to be higher than most. The typical voltage of amps around here is 20,000-50,000 on average. Anything in the millions (or in my case hundreds of millions) is unheard of. I've felt the 220v at homes, and believe me, with that kind of power it was a shocking experience. I'll have to look into it and see if I can find the amp count on it. If I do, I'll post it. Otherwise it will remain in the realm of speculation.

I agree - I'll continue to watch animes/cartoons as long as I have breath. After all, some of these same people watch porn all the time and I don't hear anyone saying anything about it.

Seriously, that one on porn watchers who still deny it got me laughing out loud. No one ever admits to watching porn but Pornhub keep making $97 billion annually which begs the question on where is all the money coming from?

LMAO😅.

That's always the case nobody would agree they are bad people but rape, child abuse, domestic violence and other social vices are perpetuated every day. That's just how the system works.

Who will agree on that bro? even if I do, I wouldn't come publicly to tell you I want h kind of adult contents. I've learned to stay positive, maintain effective communication and not derail the community with pornographic discussions. Such kind of discussions aren't meant to go viral but stay private.

Yeah, you're right on that because it's very rare for you to come out and see anyone bodly admit to doing all these things. Although, there's been an off one with J. K. Rowling who admits to child porn being better than transgender. She's definitely into the act for making that point.
