All you have to do is be a PS+ member and then visit the following page - https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/explore/playstation-plus/ps-plus-rewards/rewards-list/now-tv-sky-sports-week/ Once there, make sure to copy the code and enter it on the Now TV website. You can then use the week pass whenever you want (it might be a good idea to use it on Boxing Day as it will allow you to watch quite a lot of games for the next 7 days).
