Although, for others like me, it is second nature but I grew up in a household of jokers. My mother and father are very good at cracking jokes and I picked it up from them. You can learn what stand-up comedians do as well and try to incorporate it. Yes have to test a lot of that on streaming or maybe pre recorded vids. Do them and ask some of your relatives/friends for a bit of feedback and just remember that you'll get the hang of it over time so you many sound cringy in the beginning but with enough practice you'll do well.
