Forza Horizon 4 Breaks 7 Million Players on PC and Xbox

Playground games has certainly made a name for itself with the launch of Forza Horizon 4. The racing game obtained over 2 million players during its launch week and its incredible track record won’t stop. Not so long ago, the development team announced that Forza Horizon 4 reached 7 Million total players.

The fact that player numbers spiked is not surprising. A few weeks ago, the first DLC expansion to the game called Fortune Island was rolled out to the public. The critically acclaimed title was certainly well received by fans as well. As such, a few days ago, the Forza Motorsport Twitter decided to celebrate with the following post.

The game’s standard edition is available on the Xbox Game Pass. However, Forza Horizon 4 has been one of the most popular titles in the market. In fact, it sold really well in places like the United Kingdom. Not to mention, the game was also nominated on last year’s Game Awards.

The 7 Million player figure encompasses players from the Xbox and PC versions of the game. In addition, it wasn’t made clear which numbers came from which device. However, it’s speculated that most of the players who are playing Forza Horizon 4 are doing so from the Xbox Game Pass program.

Of course, this isn’t the end for Forza’s future developments. Playground Games has clarified that more updates are going to come throughout the year. While we don’t know what these future updates will entail; the team certainly will try to keep players engaged with unforgettable experiences.
