Free Xbox Games with Gold February 2019: Our Predictions

2018 was a great year for free games through Xbox Games with Gold, and 2019 is off to a great start. While we’re enjoying our January free games, we are already making predictions about Xbox Games with Gold February 2019 free games. Here are a few titles we project may be offered next month.

1. Tom Clancy’s The Division

When trying to predict upcoming free games through Games with Gold, it makes sense to turn to lists of releases slated for the near future. One of the big upcoming titles which will release in March is The Division 2. We predict that the original Tom Clancy’s The Division may be made free through Games with Gold to build even more hype.

2. Resident Evil 5

The other big game releasing in March is Devil May Cry 5. To highlight this game, we think that Games with Gold may offer up another Capcom title. One idea is Resident Evil 5, which came out back in 2009. This game would be an excellent choice since it is available for both Xbox One and Xbox 360.

3. I Am Alive

Another prediction for February is I Am Alive, a survival game which Ubisoft published in 2012. There are a few reasons we think this game might make sense for next month. First of all, another survival game is slated for release soon, titled Outward. Secondly, a couple of Assassin’s Creed remasters are due out in March, a series also published by Ubisoft.

The third reason I Am Alive seems plausible is that Games with Gold has featured it for free before. But it was back in 2016, so it seems like sufficient time has passed to offer it again.

4. The Darkness II

Our last prediction for February’s free games through Games with Gold for 2019 is The Darkness II. This shooter game has some romantic elements, so it might be a good choice to celebrate Valentine’s Day.

Could The Darkness II be among the Xbox Games with Gold February 2019 free games?
