Microsoft announced Gears 5 during the E3 2018 convention. Two additional titles of the Gears of War franchise also accompanied Gears 5’s showcase. The latter were Gears Tactics and Gears Pop, expected to be released on PC and mobile phones respectively. However, the only clue about the exact release date of these three Gears of War titles was that it would be some time in 2019.
You will be pleased to know that a famous key store has leaked the Gears 5 release date. So far, there have been quite a few speculations regarding the exact time of its release, since 2019 is a few months away. Without having anything much to go by, we had at least concluded that all three new Gears titles will likely come out at the same time.
Fortunately, CD Keys Store provided the answer to our questions. Or, at least, a part of it. While it does not display the exact release date, we can make our assumptions based on the pre-order key date it has set. That is before or on March 31, 2019.
The date might or might not be the exact time of the game’s release. However, if it is not, we can at least expect Gears 5 to be released sometime around April 2019. If March 31 is the exact release date of Gears 5, then we have our answer. Nevertheless, we do not have any further information about the other two Gears titles. Do not be confused if they do not accompany Gears 5’s release. That can either mean that we might get them before that date or way after that.
