Gamescom 2018 is on its way, and Microsoft will not be missing from the event. They are planning to reveal some new bundles they have been working on. The event will hold many surprises. Microsoft will also be present to showcase many new Xbox bundles and accessories of the Gears of War franchise.
Gamescom 2018 is celebrating its ten years with another great program. It will start on August 21 and last until August 25. Gamescom 2018 will be held in Cologne, Germany. Microsoft will have its own booth, where visitors will have access to 25 games. In these games are also included the Forza Horizon 4, State of Decay 2’s Daybreak Pack and the new PUBG mode available only on Xbox One.
Microsoft’s and Xbox’s booths will be right next to each other. Also, the Xbox Official Gear Shop will make its European debut there. They will sell apparel and collectibles based on the Xbox brand and popular franchises. The big reveal will happen during a special broadcast of Inside Xbox on August 21 at 7:30 a.m. PT.
Among these franchises, there is also Gears of War, meaning that there will be some treats for the attendees there. Hopefully, there will be some great Gears of War collectibles that players can add to their collections.
However, Microsoft is not planning to reveal any new hardware at Gamescom 2018, and that is not surprising at all. After the showcasing of 50 games and 20 exclusives during E3 2018, what else there is to show off anyway? Nevertheless, the treats awaiting the fans there are more than worthy.
