Hitman 2’s Santa Fortuna location can be pretty intimidating, and for good reason. You have not one, not two, but *three* targets to eliminate, and they’re all heavily guarded cartel bosses. Thankfully, the mission becomes a bit less intimidating once you start focusing on individual parts and challenges. In this guide, for instance, we show you how to complete the ‘Nature Finds a Way’ Santa Fortuna challenge.
Hitman 2 Nature Finds a Way Setup
Having the Coca Fields starting location unlocked makes this challenge much easier. For reference, you unlock the Coca Fields starting location at Santa Fortuna mastery rank 13. This means you’ll have to complete a decent amount of other challenges first. You can also just head down to the Coca Fields to the southeast from the default starting location. Just make sure you avoid being spotted.
As for equipment you’ll want to bring a non-lethal melee weapon. A good early-game option is actually the Fish weapon which is unlocked at mastery rank 4 for the Miami location. You’ll also need any unsuppressed pistol, such as the HWK 21 Mk II (Miami mastery rank 7).
Completing the Nature Finds a Way Challenge
Whether you start at the Coca Fields or not, all you need to do is hide in the tall coca vegetation. Once you’re hidden, pull out your pistol and shoot once or twice into the ground to alert the nearby guards. Then, while they’re searching for you, sneak around and knock them out with your melee weapon. Using a weapon instead of your bare hands means you’ll knock the guards out much more quickly. Once you’ve knocked five guards out, the challenge is complete.
Escaping from a high alert area is tricky, but you can just restart the mission once you complete the challenge. You still get credit for completing the challenge even if you quit or restart the mission. However, you don’t get actual XP credit for finishing the challenge until you successfully complete the mission.
