It Is True: DOOM Has Been Added To Xbox Game Pass

Any of you who did not believe the Reddit user DeserofBoredom was wrong. DOOM did come to Xbox Game Pass on Friday, August 10. It is now ready for all the subscribers to experience it and catch up with the franchise that will soon bring us an exciting DOOM sequel.

Xbox Game Pass is the Netflix of video games. If you subscribe to it, you can have access to over one hundred game titles on Xbox One and Xbox 360. Its monthly fee is only $9.99. New games are being added each week to Xbox Game Pass, so it will not be long until you are able to play almost everything you want.

A few days ago, a Reddit user named DesertofBoredom posted a thread announcing the addition of DOOM to Xbox Game Pass. He stated that he had received an email from Xbox Game Pass that was advertising the date of the DOOM entry. Many other users immediately started answering claiming that this was a lie. DesertofBoredom had to make another thread with a screenshot of the email to show that he was telling the truth.

Of course, he was telling the truth. DOOM was added to Xbox Game Pass the same date the email was stating. It is now available to play to all subscribers. But it was not only DOOM that was added to Xbox Game Pass the same day. Rage also is now available for all subscribers.

We are waiting for the sequels of both of these video games soon. DOOM Eternal’s gameplay reveal was showcased during QuakeCon 2018 the same day DOOM was added to Xbox Game Pass. This was no coincidence whatsoever. If you are interested in subscribing to Xbox Game Pass, you can do so here.
