There is so much content for players to look forward to right now in Kingdom Hearts 3 like checking out the new update 1.02 patch notes as well as figuring out who voices Jack Sparrow. Of course, another voice players are wondering about is the Kingdom Hearts 3 Woody voice. Is it Tom Hanks reprising his role as the popular cowboy toy from Toy Story?
Or is it someone else entirely? We aim to answer this question for you in this post. For starters, it’s worth mentioning that it isn’t too far fetched for the original voice actor to reprise their role. Such is the case with Zachary Levi and Mandy Moore as Flynn Rider and Rapunzel, respectively, in the Kingdom of Corona world. But what about the Kingdom Hearts 3 Woody voice?
Who Is the Kingdom Hearts 3 Woody Voice?
The easiest way to answer this would be if Square Enix had already announced who the voice for Woody is in Kingdom Hearts 3. But that hasn’t happened yet. As such, the next best thing is to simply check the end credits. We’ve done so and the credits are kind of weird. It lists the main characters who are original like Sora and Riku’s voices but does something odd for Disney actors.
It lists all of the Disney voice actors for characters like Woody just by name and not who they voiced. So, we can tell you that Tom Hanks, the beloved voice behind Woody, isn’t on the list. This tells us that someone else does the voice but we aren’t sure. We do know that we can certainly tell the difference and we don’t like it.
