Chapter 3 – Season 2 of Fortnite Battle Royale has brought several big changes to the popular video game. Epic Games has even removed the building mechanic in this season, something that separates Fortnite from other games in the same genre. However, the game developer is not done with changes yet and the latest Fortnite leak reveals the future plans.
Klombos, creatures added to Fortnite in the first season of Chapter 3, are coming back to the game. According to the leak, the game creator will make big changes to them. Furthermore, players will be able to interact with these creatures in a new way. Let’s check what Epic Games is preparing for the game!
The Fortnite leak is about Klombo changes
Klombos were added to Fortnite in Chapter 3 – Season 1 and they stayed briefly in the game. Unfortunately, Epic Games removed them when the season ended. During their first appearance, Klombos would not be hostile to players by default. Their large health pool made them unbeatable, but this will change very soon.
According to HYPEX, the most popular Fortnite Battle Royale leaker, Epic Games is preparing big changes to Klombos. There have been many rumors about the return of Klombos, and luckily, it appears they were true. Klomberries have recently return to the game as well, which almost confirms the return of Klombos. On the other side, however, players may not like the changes Epic is going to release.
The Fortnite leak claims that Klombos will be killable in the future. These creatures will drop a special type of meat and 15 different types of loot. They loot will include ammo, building materials, consumables, and possible weapons. Considering that many players loved Klombos, they will certainly not enjoy eliminating them.
More changes will be released
We can expect Epic Games to release even more changes to Klombos soon. Considering that players will be able to kill these creatures, the game developer will most likely make their health pool smaller. However, they might still be tough to eliminate. After all, we can expect Klombos to have the same health pool as Supply Llamas or bigger.
At the moment, the release date of these changes is unknown. With less than six weeks left in the season, the release might be just around the corner. However, Epic may also decide to save these changes for Season 3.
