Madden 20 Eli Manning M20 Tribute Card Arrives Following NFL Retirement

On Friday, longtime New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning made the official decision to retire. The two-time Super Bowl champion is calling it quits after a 15-year career in the league with plenty of highlights. In honor of that career, there’s a new Madden 20 Eli Manning M20 Tribute card available for Ultimate Team mode.

Eli Manning arrived in the league back in 2004, originally as the No. 1 pick for the San Diego Chargers. He’d end up with the New York Giants, his team for his entire career. That was a good move for both Eli and the franchise, as he’d lead them to Super Bowl wins in 2007 and 2011. Along the way, he also tallied over 57,000 passing yards and 366 touchdown passes. The four-time Pro Bowler will likely be amongst Hall of Famers in the future.

On January 24, Manning’s retirement became official through a news conference. Two days later, Ultimate Team made the Madden 20 Eli Manning Tribute card available. It features a 97 overall rating along with Power Up option.

Manning’s key attributes on the M20 Tribute card include 97 Throw Accuracy Short, 95 Throw Power, 95 Throw Under Pressure, 94 Throw Accuracy Mid Range, 94 Play Action, and 93 Throw Accuracy Deep.

Eli becomes the latest NFL player to announce his retirement and receive an M20 Tribute card in Ultimate Team. Just recently, the Carolina Panthers’ Luke Kuechly and Antonio Gates received Tribute cards as they retired from the NFL. Ahead of the season, quarterback Andrew Luck announced his retirement in a press conference and received an M20 Tribute in the game not long after.

The Eli Manning M20 Tribute card will be available in packs for a limited time, and for sale at the Auction Browser. With Manning’s retirement, the Giants’ future is now in the hands of young star quarterback Daniel Jones, with running back Saquon Barkley also part of their talented offense.
