Tuesday night brought several moves in the NFL involving the 3-3 Los Angeles Rams. In one move, the team sent cornerback Marcus Peters to the Baltimore Ravens for Kenny Young several draft picks. In another move, they sent draft picks to the Jacksonville Jaguars to get a brand new cornerback. That CB is none other than Jalen Ramsey, currently the top-rated at his position on all Madden 20 rosters.
Madden 20 rosters will move Marcus Peters, Jalen Ramsey
With the news of the big trades on Tuesday (Oct. 15), it means that the Madden 20 rosters will soon update. The Ravens will have CB Marcus Peters as part of their defense. He holds an 82 overall rating which includes 90 Speed, 90 Acceleration, and 91 Agility. The Rams will add middle linebacker Kenny Young to their roster. Young is a 71 OVR in the Madden game.
In addition, the Rams add the best cornerback amongst Madden 20 rosters with Jalen Ramsey. He’s still young at just 24 and full of potential as he is almost recovered from lingering back issues. Ramsey is a 96 overall in Madden 20 ratings and has Superstar X-Factor abilities including Shutdown coverage. He’s also a coveted player item for the MUT Heroes program now in effect.
On Tuesday night, EA’s Madden NFL 20 Twitter tweeted out their first look at Ramsey wearing his new jersey in the game. He’s expected to debut for his new team in their road game this Sunday at the Atlanta Falcons.
In terms of his key attributes for Madden 20, Ramsey has a 97 Awareness, 93 Acceleration, 92 Speed, and 90 Agility. He’s only appeared in three games so far this season but has yet to rise or fall within the Madden ratings. Could his big move to the Los Angeles Rams boost him towards the 99 Club? If so, he could be the next player after Patrick Mahomes to join the exclusive club.
Fans will wait to see if that happens as he is certainly one of the more popular defensive players not in the club yet. In addition to waiting to see how his performances help his ratings, the Rams are hoping he can help them improve defensively as they look to turn around their .500 season.
