Madden 20 Super Bowl Past III Players: New Hero and Master Cards Include Derrick Brooks, Julian Edelman
The NFL’s Super Bowl 54 is in the books, as Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs claimed the Lombardi Trophy on Sunday night. Even though the NFL’s season may be over, Madden Ultimate Team keeps bringing the content for fans. That includes Monday’s Madden 20 Super Bowl Past III drop featuring a number of star players with upgraded cards.
Madden 20 Super Bowl Past III players: Brooks, Edelman, Johnson, and Smith
A new Super Bowl Past Master item is now available for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ Derrick Brooks. The right outside linebacker gets a 96 overall item which includes a number of high-rated attributes. In particular, Brooks has 94 Tackling, 94 Play Recognition, 89 Acceleration, 88 Speed, and 75 Strength. Here’s a look at the card that arrived on EA Madden’s Twitch stream earlier on Monday, February 3.
In order to get Brooks, gamers need to exchange the new Madden 20 Super Bowl Past Heroes. They are Julian Edelman, Lane Johnson, and Malcolm Smith as shown below. Johnson and Edelman have Power Up options while Smith does not, but all three carry 95 overall ratings.
Six other players are also now available in Ultimate Team with lower ratings on their new cards. Check out the complete list below.

The new player items are found through packs and Store Offers. In addition, the above cards might be available on the Madden 20 Auction Browser for bidding on or “Buy Now” options. The Derrick Brooks Master item is already selling for over 400,000 Madden Coins on PS4, as of this report.
In addition to that, there will be a new Super Bowl MVP item arriving for cover star Patrick Mahomes. As promised, Mahomes gets a new 99 OVR card, giving gamers an amazing new quarterback option for Ultimate Team.
