There were also key details about how the RP cards will work in Madden 22 game when it arrives.

Madden 21 Rookie Premiere players: Lawrence among Offensive Masters

EA’s Madden Ultimate Team Twitter revealed a look at all of the Madden 21 Rookie Premiere players coming to the game. They’ll include the Jacksonville Jaguars’ first overall pick, quarterback Trevor Lawrence from Clemson. His 99 OVR item includes 99 Play Action, 99 Short Accuracy, 98 Medium Range, and 97 Throw Under Pressure, among key attributes.

He’s joined by Bengals WR Ja’Marr Chase with 99 Jumping and Catching, 98 Speed, 98 Catch in Traffic, 98 Spectacular Catch and 97 Deep Route Run. Also amongst the Offensive Masters will be Falcons tight end Kyle Pitts, Jets left guard Alijah Vera-Tucker and Steelers halfback Najee Harris. RP Defensive Masters include Parsons, Horn

Madden 21 Rookie Premiere players will also include five Defensive Masters with 99 overall ratings. Among them, gamers can acquire middle linebacker Micah Parsons, a top pick who just inked a deal with the Dallas Cowboys. His card features 99 Acceleration, 98 Tackling, 95 Play Recognition, 95 Speed, and 94 Block Shedding attributes.

Other RP Defensive Masters include Panthers cornerback Jaycee Horn, Dolphins left outside linebacker Jaelan Phillips, Patriots defensive tackle Christian Barrmore, and Raiders free safety Trevon Moehrig. All of their cards along with key attributes are shown in the tweet below.

How to earn Rookie Premiere Collectibles

In order to acquire Madden 21 Rookie Premiere players, gamers can acquire a new currency called Endorsements in Ultimate Team. Endorsements can be used to get Rookie Premiere Collectibles. Gamers need 10 RP Collectibles for an exchange set to acquire one of the Rookie Premiere Offensive or Defensive Masters.

The slide presented during Thursday’s Twitch stream (below) shows all of the ways to earn Rookie Premiere Collectibles in Madden 21.

Change coming with Madden 22 RP cards

A noteworthy change will be coming for the program in Madden 22. With Madden 21, gamers who earned Rookie Premiere players from M20 had dynamic player items for Ultimate Team rosters. Basically, as the rookie player did well over the NFL season, or various promotions arrived, EA upgraded the cards’ ratings in-game.

That won’t be the case with Madden 22 as they felt those cards were unusable for many gamers early in the season. Instead, gamers will start with a higher overall Rookie Premiere player for Madden 22. So that means RP items won’t change or update as the season moves along.

However, gamers will choose how to use their Rookie Premiere collectibles when they first log into Madden 22. See details shown in the slide below, revealed during the Twitch stream.
