If you are a fan of the classic game Panzer Dragoon, you probably were excited to hear about the remake that came out this year. But you may have been disappointed when it released initially only on Switch and Stadia. But now, Panzer Dragoon: Remake is coming to PS4.
Panzer Dragoon: Remake is On the Way to PS4
Mega Pixel Studio, the developer for the remake, along with publisher Forever Entertainment, made the announcement. According to them, we can expect the PS4 version of the remake to arrive “soon.”
The description for the game reads, “A new, remade version of the Panzer Dragoon game — true to the original, with improved graphics and controls, that suit modern gaming standards. On a far, lone planet, you encounter two dragons awaken from the ancient times. Armed with a deadly gun from the past, and the guidance of your armoured blue dragon, you must fulfil your destiny and keep the Prototype Dragon from reaching the Tower or die trying.”
“Soon” is a very vague timeframe, but it seems reasonable to guess that 2020 or early 2021 are likely timetables for arrival on PS4. On another platform? Eventually, a PC version of the game will release, and following that, an Xbox One version. But it is even less certain when those versions of the remake will become available.
