There is a huge price gap between them. The Xbox Series S MSRP is only $299, but the MSRP listed for the Xbox Series X is $499. That is a difference of $200. That makes the Xbox Series S much more affordable for gamers who are on a budget. But those who can afford to pay $499 for the Xbox Series X can look forward to an optical drive as well as more power.
