The new MLB The Show 20 All-Timers program is live and along with it comes a lot of great rewards. Not only are there packs, Stubs, and XP, but Diamond-level player cards. The best of those is none other than all-time great Babe Ruth. Here’s how to unlock his card and others in the new promotion.

Babe Ruth Among Several Diamond Player Card Rewards

In MLB The Show 20 All-Timers, there are a total of four Diamond player cards available as rewards. A 95 overall Evan Longoria is the first, followed by 96 OVR Trevor Hoffman. Two 99 OVR players are next as rewards with all-time great pitcher Tom Seaver and Babe Ruth himself. Here’s a look at the official reveal of the new content which also included the Beach Ball pack release.

With Babe Ruth’s 1923 MVP card, gamers get him as a right-fielder, but he’s also available to fill in at first base, left, or center field. The former Yankees star brings 125 Contact Right, 121 Contact Left, 120 Power Right, and 112 Power Left. He’s also got 125 Discipline and 125 Clutch attributes along with 97 Durability, 75 Fielding, and 60 Speed.

The Babe’s Quirks include Hitting Machine, Bomber, 20/20 Vision, Walker, Sniper, and Pressure Cooker. He only has Diamond Hitting, but that will help out plenty with most Diamond Dynasty teams. There’s also the fact that in order to get Ruth on your team, you’ll be picking up the other three players mentioned above.

You’ll need to defeat each MLB team in a three-inning game using your Diamond Dynasty squad. Each of the regular MLB teams will give you two program points. So that’s a total of 60 points there.

The other games will be longer than three innings and on a harder difficulty. Each of the division teams is worth four points, while the AL and NL teams are worth five apiece. The All-Timers Team is worth the most points at six.

  • MLB Teams – 2 Program Points (All-Star Difficulty)
  • Divisions – 4 Program Points (Hall of Fame)
  • Conferences – 5 Program Points (Hall of Fame)
  • All-Timers – 6 Program Points (Hall of Fame)

As you defeat teams, you’ll rack up MLB The Show Stubs, XP, and the necessary All-Timers Program points. The first few rewards are packs or a nameplate. At 25 Points, you get Evan Longoria 95 OVR. At 50 points, it’s the 96 OVR Trevor Hoffman. At 75 points, it’s 99 OVR Tom Seaver. By earning all 100 points, you unlock the Babe Ruth card.
